  My camera guard deactivation in Skype. I join a call and all is well. I can see my videos of friends and everything, but when I enable my camera it seems to start loading, but after 5 secconds it disappears and the button greys out video. So I went to my list of Add-ons and the disabled one by one, trying to figure out what the troublemaker. Oddly enough, even when I disable all the manually, the problem is not resolved. So somehow safe mode stops more that I can do it manually. Does anyone have an idea how can I know what are the causes of the problem?

Are you talking about the built in Administrator account by any chance? If so, then the user account where you have planned is corrupted try to create a new and check.
