  I am using Captivate 3 and other buttons that include links to the external URL do not work when you publish a project as a swf.

  When the buttons are clicked on in the browser, that nothing is happening, the URLS appear to have been lost. Other buttons in the project who sail to the other slides to continue working, only the external URL buttons have stopped.

  Could someone help me with this please?

• slide show does not work when published

  I published my first site of Muse and it's great & works perfectly, except the custom slide show a shot.

  I downloaded, and then reuploaded my files of script and it still does not work. Its hosted on a non - BC server.

  Any ideas?

  If you are sure that your files are uploaded properly and in the correct locations, it is likely a problem of permissions that relate to your scripts directory/files (suggestion #2).

• Urgent need help - APEX URL does not work when computer conncects to the Internet

  APEX, I installed it on my computer. But the APEX is unusable until the computer is running in offline mode.
  If I connect to the internet. Using the URL now

  I also use the name of the computer/IP addresses to test, it does not work either.

  Disable the proxy for your localhost configuration (or add on an exceptional basis through manual configuration). Your network is not finding your host when searching the path (to the internet) to reach it.

• Problem: The button States works perfectly in preview mode; It does not work when published through the source of catalyst for business.

  I tried every way I know to create a button States in Adobe Muse CC 2015.  It works perfectly in preview mode, but it does not work effectively when published on a web site using the Business Catalyst (filename.businesscatalyst.com) process.  The problem, in my view, is that the text used in the button does not accept state changes.  I tried every workaround that I think might work, but nothing seems to work.  I even deleted the Business Catalyst site and then he came again, but it does not work.  Any information on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

  I think I found my problem.  My original links have been on the "master" page  When I placed a link on a page of content object, Business Catalyst was able to translate the code correctly.  It is a disappointment because I need to duplicate objects on the pages, but at least it works.

• Rollover slidelets does not work when published

  I use CP5.5 for a course that uses of many rollover slidelets.  Everything works as expected when previewing slides in Captivate, however the rollover slidelets do not work when the course is published and displayed in a browser.

  Any idea what could be the cause?

  Your project file may be confronted with corruption.  You insert each of these slidelets using the Insert menu or do you by chance just copy and paste the same?  I have seen this practice sometimes cause problems.

  Try to create a new empty project, and then insert a few slidelets test using the Edit menu.  They work when this project is published?  If so, at least you know that your installation of Cp is very good.

  Try to hide the slides in your project according to the suggestions in this post:

  Maybe it's that corruption is limited to one or several slides and you can resolve it by rebuilding the slides.

  I have a problem with an applet running in the Eclipse IDE, using J2EE and a dynamic Web project and a Tomcat server.
  The directory structure is:

  -Java-> PackageName-> AppletName.java resources
  -built - > Categories-> PackageName-> AppletName.class
  -WebContent-> index.html
  
  In my index.html page, I put this code:

  If I run this cmdlet as a simple Applet Java, it works.
  
  But if this running on the server, my browser does not show me anything. I have try several possibilities, but it does not work. I have to do some configurations on my Tomcat or I wrote something wrong about my code index.hml or my AppletName it is not a simple java class?

• Muse Composition AutoPlay does not work when published

  I have set up a blank publication in MUSE widget to AutoPlay. It autoplays fine in preview mode, MUSE and in the preview in browser mode. But now that I published it online, it is not auto-jouer.

  I publish the html code in DreamWeaver and ftp to my server from there. I have made many other sites in this way I know pretty well how to publish them this way.

  In preview of MUSE modes the first image appears with a trigger of color yellow because the active state is set to yellow, and then it starts just to auto play from there. But not in my browser. I tried several different browsers and on a mac and pc, and it is not auto-jouer anywhere.

  My settings in MUSE are:

  Position: stacked

  See setting targets: bearing

  Hide targets: no

  Transition: discoloration

  Transition speed: 1.5

  AutoPlay: 4

  After: 3

  Play once: not clicked

  Others... not important.

  In my opinion, it worked when I first downloaded it. Then I must have missed a few hours. When I got home and made up to the top of the page, it was not transition automatically more. I thought that it was like an animated .gif can fail to slow down after a while so I deleted my browser cache for the day and refresh the page, but it won't play again. Then I tried in different browsers and on a different platform, and I just don't want to auto play online.

  Since then, I have re - check to see if it still worked in MUSE and Yes, it's the reading automatic always in States of the preview. So I reuploaded ALL html code, images, scripts, etc. and still does not.

  Adobe support helped me to find the problem.  Content tags we put on the block of text doesn't jive with catalyst for business.  Remove the content tags contributed to publish the site.

• JavaScript alert does not work when published, ok in preview in the browser

  I have a problem where when I have javascript executed at the end of the presentation, or even a button in a captivate presentation, I can't do a javascript alert (or any what js) when the captivate is published.  I open the html code.

  However, when I use the "Preview in browser" option the js works ok!

  Did you try to increase the volume of the microphone you?

  Usually, HP recovery work out any software problem, have you chosen factory installation option?

  If the installation of the factory can solve your problem with the microphone, you may have a hardware problem.

• States of the objects Panel does not work in CS6, please help!

  I have InDesign installed CS6 (same license) on my work computer and home computer. The object States Panel works very well at home. At work, the Panel upwards, but it is always empty, even though I have a selected object that has an applied state.

  I think that I have to uninstall/reinstall and I hope that it will work again.

  On a side note, when I save the file down to of CS5, CS6 and open in CS5, the States of the object is now visible. I have attached a picture. Top two images are screen grabs of the file open in CS6. The two photos below are same file open in CS5. See how the States of the objects are visible in CS5 and CS6 not.

  

  Thjnis kind of problem is usually fixed by trashing the prefs see replace your preferences

  Now the problem is, when I run this code and press 'Tab' button

  Focus shifts to "Password" rather than "text Email field.

  Please guide in this regard.

  You should have unique tabIndex for each field.  If several components have the same index you lose control on which it gets the focus first.

  If you wish to override the decision of the Manager of focus, use KEY_FOCUS_CHANGE and preventDefault() rather than KEY_DOWN and stopPropagation
