Slow and choppy editing in Premiere Pro CC 2014 base on a laptop ASUS G750JX-DB71 in 2014. Why?

Hello.

After a lot of research with regard to some of the best laptops available to perform editing software the laptop ASUS G750JX-DB71 constantly came.

So I bought it and am now trying to first Pro CC, however the program works desperately slow and I hope you can help.

I hope that this info will be of some use.

- 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7-4700HQ CPU

-8 64-bit Windows operating system

-16 GB OF RAM RAM

-Size of disk hard 1 TB

-Speed of the hard drive 5 400 rpm

- SSD 256 GB secondary hard drive

-Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 video memory 3 GB graphics card

Also-

The type of editing is just video and audio snipped and placed on the timeline.

No FX added to all.

Editing video .mp4 @ 1080 p.

All the media used is on the SSD drive.

No other programs are running in the background.

Please tell me if any other bits of information are needed to identify a problem.

My laptop crashed and I did not export a few videos that I had already edited in Premiere Pro. A technician will be able to recover my files and transfer my data on a hard drive, but I will lose all the work I put into editing these videos that have not yet been exported and who were saved only within the first? Help! I'm desperate...

the work you have done in the first can be restored if all the project files and media are saved or recovered by the technician. tell the tech to find .prproj files and recover all the. If you have auto-enregistre turned on, they will appear when the tech search for the files *.prproj.

  • Why is-Premiere Pro CS5 slower on my system than Premiere Pro CS 4?

I just upgraded Production Premium CS4 Production Premium CS5.  Have Windows 7, 64 bit OS, 9 GB ram,

Processors Intel quad I-7 (over clocked to 2.90 ghz) 2.67 with hyperthreading.  I have nothing of any real substance

running on my system in addition to Adobe.  I've just loaded in a ton of DVC PRO HD 60 images and am editing 30 minutes

program.  Once I am in Adobe first Pro CS 5, it works quite well, everything works well in real time.  However, the time

I click away from Premiere Pro as on my desktop, then try to click back in the Premier Pro, my screen goes white, Premiere Pro says

"do not answer" in the title bar and everything freezes for a solid minute.  4 CS do not at all.  Anyone know what is happening?

    Eddiem TKS.

The goal is to help and solve problems for all parties involved so that we can all be more productive.

I never said or implied at all this:

To say there is no problem with CS 5 software is just ignorant happiness and to be honest, deteriorate distorted.

So... I'll put this another way for you then.  I will not have any issues that you and Sacha face with P2 files in particular.

They review they rank, export etc...

I have an ongoing project that has 54 GB of mxf source files.  Not a question that sounds like something that you mentioned above.

It's a lot of files or a large project... I don't know compared to your projects... but combined with mixed graphic files more seq TIFF and tgas, wavs more notice of AEFX... it certainly adds to the top in my system.

My material is not super computer. This is not even a system RAIDed.

Must report... I go really far, or, to and from something else that applications of the Adobe Suite in my Suite CS5 but often many of them are open at the same time.

I had a system glitch that caused 'go a little sleepy' apps, when left UN attended.  It was an advanced power management framework. (some what hidden)

I also have a NAS, but this isn't for editing where to.  IT has Media Junction in my configuration between suites for the file archive and transfer only.

Re: Why is-Premiere Pro CS5 slower on my system than Premiere Pro CS 4?

My experience is that I said previously.  CS5 is much faster than CS4.  I suspect that many others have a similar experience to mine.

So the question you guys are seen as being a little more unique to yourself.

    Good luck

  • I've just updated for Premiere Pro CC 2014 and it does not start

I've just updated for Premiere Pro CC 2014, and now I see an error message saying: he cannot find capable games modules. I updated the driver for my graphics (over-pants) card and tried running as Administrator without change. I'm under fire amd control center pro, which does not have the parameters of speed that is suggested for this problem. For some reason, the original first Pro CC can still open (thankfully). I looked at this problem the support page and it's listed, but when I click the link it redirects me to the beginning of the troubleshooting questions. I hope that there is an answer for letting me use the latest version of first!

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 crashes when loading project file

Hi guys, any help on this is much appreciated because I have a job due in 18 hours and I'm in big trouble, if I can't solve this problem.

I was editing a project in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 (update to the latest version) and when I tried to access the same file today it gives me the error message:

' Sorry, a serious error has occurred which requires Adobe Premiere Pro stop. We will try to save your current project. »

I saved the other version files and they all seem to be working properly so I know this isn't my HD which is corrupt. In fact, my suspicion is that it has something to do with a blur effect that I use. The only problem is, I can still access the file to remove the effect that the project file does not open.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 - jerky playback of multicam

So I'm under Premiere Pro CC 2014 (8,0) on OSX (10.8.5) Mountain Lion, using CUDA acceleration and everything works well except for one thing: when I do a multicam edit I switch the program monitor in multicam as usual mode. However, during playback, I'm dropping frames with video (audio playback is normal). This happens with any definition, even at 1/8 reading. As I kept the previous version of Premiere Pro (7.0), I checked it's multicam playback and it is quite normal to full resolution. After spending and corresponding to all the parameters of 8.0 to 7.0 I am really at a loss with this problem, ideas?

As I said earlier, the only solution I found was to transcode my images at DNX. With DNX images, I was able to make multicam with 8 angles without lag. With images of ProRes he would get bogged down with only 3 cameras.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 error 'first pro could not find capable video game modules.

Hello, I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro CC 2014. Whenever I try to open it, it displays an error saying that "Premiere pro can't find capable video game modules". In the start screen, when it starts to load, it stucks at loading "ImporterQuickTime.prm", and then displays the error. I tried to reinstall the program, update the drivers for my graphics card, delete the Temp files, rename folders called Adobe to OldAdobe, by installing the latest version of Quick Time, and a lot more that I don't remember. Surprisingly, first works in my old PC and when I say old, is OLD, it has only 1 GB of RAM, and it still works there. The PC in which that I am trying to open it, is much better, has 4 GB of RAM and runs almost all of the games and programs like CC Flash and Photoshop CC. Please help me someone, any solution will be really appreciated. Thank you and sorry for my English .

At Pref Delete, Permission, writing and reading, creative cloud reinstaling, used the creative cloud cleaner, started in safe mode, update the "CUDA" video drivers, I even went in the plugins folder, deleted file is stuck, it will start after that, but if I just click on file in the menu it crashes instantly and if I righclick on a file that sound on a sequence it crashes... • Cannot find brightness / contrast in Premiere Pro CC 2014

I have the subscription of cloud creative and installed Premiere Pro CC 2014. I do not see "Brightness and Contract" under Video Effects. I would like some tips on where to find these adjustments.

The name of the effect is "Brightness and contrast," so be careful that you type it exactly in this way. If you type, for example, "light and" he will not appear. Alternatively, just look for it under Video Effects > Color Correction; It is the first in this subcategory.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 incompatibility of imported video length

I have a problem in Premiere Pro CC 2014 where the audio and video get out of sync as far, you go to any clip.  In troubleshooting, I noticed that first is not properly read the length of the imported video.  Windows reports the right length, just like VLC and the handbrake, but the first shows a time shorter than the real file of about 30 seconds.  I have included information from file of MediaInfo and first here.  Windows reports a (good) length of 01:56:39.  This happen on two different Windows computers both running the latest version of Premiere Pro.  Has anyone seen this?  I tried to look for similar problems, but have not found anything like this.  Thank you!

  • ExtendScript reference for Premiere Pro CC 2014

    Hello

I am developing a plug-in for Premiere Pro CC 2014 using the CEF & CEP and finds it difficult to find information on the APIs available in Extendscript.

While with some trial and error, I was able to find objects and methods using the ExtendScript Toolkit Data Explorer, I don't see what arguments the methods accept so I don't know what to call them.

Is there a reference or documentation the Extendscript API for Premiere Pro CC 2014?

In particular, I'm looking for documentation for render and export of the object of the sequence methods, as well as any information presets.

    Kind regards

Pretty well exercised in PProPanel = coding sequences.

If it's a question of order, is here very well.

Feel free to send me an email (I sent you an email earlier), or a message private, as well.
