  On BB, access to a range of services is enabled by the existence, on the device, the appropriate Service books. Service books are delivered to the appliance by the network of carriers... but, normally, only for these models of specific device that takes the network carriers supported and none support BB all models. If, as you think, your carrier supports no.   There are three types of potential memory on a BB: 1) application memory, the device memory) 2 and 3) Media/SD Card Memory.

  I had problems with my touch screen not working not.  After searching online it was suggested that the software might require the upgrade so I downloaded it.

  Now, my phone got lock up to 16% of the backup is complete.  I can't at this point that every time I turn the phone on it get to the same point and stop.  The battery hold a charge then over heating and I have to turn off the phone and remove the battery.

  I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  I am very new to this community and not much tech savvy so my question may sound silly. I have the BB 8520 curve. and m nt able to receive data from mobile phones or pc via bluetooth. Cell phones & system can be coupled with my BB and I am able to transfer the data, but I'm not able to receive the data. The Error Message is "BLUETOOTH CONNECTION FAILED"
