• Firefox 10 - installed and the performance is very slow, unresponsive while trying to load websites.

  Just noticed the other day on my server and it could have been thought Nvidia driver. Update that and same result with Firefox very slow in delay/performance while making the web pages? Downgraded to Firefox 9.0 and problem solved. Return to previous performance levels.

Always curious what the issue was with my install in Server 2008? Have the latest Firefox installed in Fedora 16-64 bit and works without a problem. • WiFi slow/unresponsive since El Capitan 10.11.3

  Wireless is extremely slow since the update to El Capitan 10.11.3.  MacBook Pro mid-2014.  I can plug adapter ethernet thunderbolt and internet speeds are excellent.  Wireless was large with El Capitan 10.11.2, just updated to 10.11.3 this morning and have had trouble with the radio since.  I also had problems wireless with Yosemite.  Mobile phone, computer laptop windows, parallels installs windows 7 & 10 on macbook all the great work on the wifi network.  Anyone have any suggestions to improve the speeds wireless?  It's simply not in safari, all browsers (chrome and firefox), other applications such as spotify and cards as well.  I am very tech savvy and have tried all the bases... to restart the router, remove wifi network/add new, change dns, clear dns servers, files temporary claire safari, etc..

  Please start in recovery mode. In the OS X Utilities screen, select get online help. It will launch a clean copy of Safari. Some plugins, such as Flash, will be available. While in recovery, you do not have access to your saved bookmarks or passwords, so take note of those who before, if they are required for the test.

  Test. After testing, restart as usual and display the results.

• Photoshop slow/unresponsive - Yosemite / PS CC2014. Help?

  @Yosemite / PS CC 2014 on Mac pro with Wacom. I find Photoshop do not respond quite quickly and sometimes don't notice of keyboard strokes. I had all the problems related to the plugin window white actually cure. I tried this but it didn't work. Apple support I tried also and Adobe chat. Still pending. All the latest updates software and drivers. Thx for the advice

• When getting started, my computer is slow and unresponsive?

  For the last two or three days, I noticed that my computer is very slow and unresponsive. None of the programs that I click on will open and usually everything will freeze if I press what either. When I put my computer in Mode safe mode (with networking), everything seems to work very well. When in Mode safe, everything I click actually works, but it seems that it's not when I start my computer using the option "Start Windows normally". I have a laptop that is currently running on Windows 7. Anyone happen to know how I can fix this problem? Can what steps I take to fix my laptop? I also tried searching for virus and so far it is said that my computer is fine and has no virus. I used CCleaner (Pro) to "clean" my computer and my computer still seems slow, unresponsive and freezes quiet a bit. • Internet connection fast but slow to load web pages

  I have a relatively fast internet connection: speed download - 60.5 Mbps; Download Speed - 6 Mbps.

  I get the same results on my MacBook Pro running on the wifi and my iMac which is directly connected to the Ether. On the iMac, however, it is now holding always load web pages.

  I've read elsewhere that changing the DNS can eliminate some of these problems.  All this is a little above my pay grade.

  I know just enough to make me stupid, but I am a good listener and I can follow directions well enough.  Any help would be most appreciated!

  I have a weird problem, my internet browser is very slow/unresponsive, but associated other online apps work perfectly. I tried chrome and internet explore. It is not the problem with the internet, I passage of Time warner to Comcast cable and both times the problem persists.

  I play several games online, such as starcraft and steam games, and it works normally.

  I'm running a windows vista 64-bit home premium with service pack 2.

  The performance of Internet Explorer problems are usually caused by defective modules. I suggest that you run Internet Explorer in Mode Add on No and check if you have the same problem.

  To do this,

  a. Click Start, point to programs, point to Accessories, point to system tools.

  b. click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

  c. If this resolves the problem, follow these steps to isolate the browser add-on that is causing the problem:

  a. click Tools and then click Internet Options.

  b. click on the tab programs, then click on Manage Add-ons.

  c. click an add-on in the name list and then click on disable.

  d. Repeat step c until you identify the add-on that is causing the problem.

  If this solves the problem, this could be caused by an adware installed as add-on.

  If this still does not address the problem, reset the Internet Explorer settings. Reset the Internet Explorer settings.

  To use the feature reset the settings of Internet Explorer in the Control Panel, follow these steps:

  a. Quit all programs, including Internet Explorer (if it is running).

  b. Click Start, type the following command in the start search box and press ENTER:

• Safari freezes on some sites

  It was launched recently, perhaps just after I upgraded to Mac OS sierra.

  When I open some site like github.com, pypi.python.org, other, Safari hangs for a 5 seconds or more and shows the spinning ball. If I open another tab and return to the tab of the github, it will freeze again.

• 10 Safari does not open or crashes repeatedly after opening

  On a new installation of Sierra Safari BLOCKED seconds from the inside of the opening.

  I've just updated my safari to the 9.1.3 today. However, since it does not work very well. All google services are down, most of the other sites of loading is very slow, facebook works fine but slow as well. I've tried resetting safari but did not work at all. I also tried to use private mode and safe start mode. None of them worked. Is anyone having the same problem?

  There are several possible reasons that you encounter.

  Let's start with the following:

  1. Stop your Mac.
  2. Load OS X Recovery now ⌘ and r (two fingers) while you start up your Mac with a third finger.
  3. Mac OS X utility screen, release these two fingers.
  4. Choose to get help online.
  5. Safari will launch, but it will not have your bookmarks, Favorites, history and other preferences, including your Netflix account information so you need to sign in using your credentials for Netflix.
  6. Determine if you can load and watch a Netflix movie in recovery mode.

  Restart your Mac normally and describe your results.
