  By clicking on the button in your case will execute any action, but it will always be to reactivate the timeline and let the blade to progress.

  Captivate 9 there is now another option button that allows to specify if or not you want the timeline to continue.  But this option does not exist in previous versions.

  I suggest that you have your button run a standard or conditional Action instead and just define the action of this fast Action to no Action.  In contrast to the unique Actions that you configure properties > menu Actions, these advanced Actions do not have a built-in action to continue.

  It is nothing unusual that cooling fan runs constantly on low speed. On modern laptops, there is a powerful hardware that needs to be cooled correctly. Especially many different processes are active in the background and CPU is standing under pressure. Not much when you use just the laptop for writing, but obviously enough to increase the temperature of the CPU.

  Try it please set the CPU and cooling to a minimum level method. Also check the Task Manager and end the process, you don't need. Maybe this will help!

• Programming to show sub-shape on the button of the radio?

  You don't have to add a script in the XML Source tab - it is you must avoid to go there for most tasks.

  There is a script editor, which appear along the top of LC Designer. If it is not visible, you can open it in the menu of the window or by pressing F5.

  

  So I remove the script from the source XML (or remove the object and start it again).

  Along the top of the script editor, you can select an event script against, check the syntax and select a language.

  If you open the form, you will be able to explore the script in option buttons.

  Your script seems OK. There should be a ';' at the end of the presence of lines in Javascript.

  I suspect that the form is saved as STATIC. If this is the case, the script will not work. This is because the list and hide objects is a dynamic function and your form will need to be registered as DYNAMIC.
