Strange emails CALLHOME power fault on Cisco 2232 aircraft?

We have recently allowed CALLHOME smtp for our pod ucs a few days ago. Since then, we received E-mail burst more than a dozen power cuts in each of the four Cisco Nexus 2232TP aircraft our pod. In each case, we get an email 'Recovered' in a minute or two, and we do not provide the emails of failure for all devices within the nacelle of the UCS.

Here's a sample E-mail burst this morning, showing the lines referred to in my email inbox:

If we were see this single fex, I suspect a hardware problem. If none of the other UCS devices (servers in rack/blades, tissue of interconnections, etc.) reported similar problems, I suspect a problem within the power supply DC.

But it baffled me. If it helps, the UCS pod is currently running firmware 2.0.3c

It is known (cosmetic) problem with power supply model.

The foregoing is fixed in recent version of Nexus 5 K switch software. New default to port the fix to UCSM was presented today

It will take a while to get published on the web site.

Even though they are aesthetic, I would say you open a TAC SR with UCSM, technical support FEX and above so that we can follow the resolution of bug IDs.

    Anyone know what the Tx power levels available are on the Cisco 1572 access points? I think that the Tx power level maximum APs is the legal limit in the regulatory domain, but I'm more interested in what the levels are on the lower part of the scale.   • Power off and power on a Cisco Switch

    Save the config running at startup config then ftp/sftp to an external location. There is no command shutdown by saying, just flip the switches on the power supplies.

    I received an email from billing for a purchase, that I did not. It was on my apple ID, via a device I don't own, and yet, no other credit card don't have been associated with my account and my bank statement shows that no purchase was filed and my shopping list do not show the elements of the email contains, is it just a random mistake part of apple or should I call someone?

  • Strange problem with Power Saver on my Satellite M30

    My laptop connected via the mains supply, is quite well. However, when it is not connected (i.e. use it on battery), it shows 100% battery up to 90%, when I get an error window Windows "Toshiba Power Saver must be closed, you want to send an etc error report" and then my battery on the taskbar becomes critical - 3%.

    In addition, at this stage, my processor speed slows down (which is notable because applications take longer to load etc.) as if the laptop is happening in energy saving mode. I thought that maybe this is a display error, so I left the laptop on just to see - and turns off 5 minutes later!

    What is a software error or a bad battery? Any help appreciated.

    I think you may have a bad battery, but just to be safe, I would recommend that you recharge the Toshiba power management software, and then check the default settings for the actions to be taken with display brightness, speed of the processor, hard drive, etc. at the various stages of the battery capacity.

    It is normal that the brightness of the screen to reduce in stages, as the battery capacity decreases, and it is also normal that the speed of the CPU to slow down as well. You can change this behavior if you want to leave in the Toshiba power management utility.

  • Satellite A305 - strange problem with power LED

    I have the Toshiba Satellite A305-S6825 and I noticed that when I run the laptop on electric power, the battery light (LED) on the front of the laptop is "illuminated".

    AC power ligtht is the first light on the left; and law who is the witness bright power switch; and in which law is the "LIGHT of the BATTERY. It is the light, I want to talk to.
    I can understand why the light can be WE when I was using the laptop with only the (power) battery in operation. But why the battery led (lit) when I have the laptop plugged into an electrical outlet?

    Is this normal?

    When I turn on the computer, after it's off for a while, and it is plugged into an electrical outlet, I see that battery light is kind of purple color, until the battery reaches 100% charge and then it becomes white.

    When I put the cursor on the bottom right of the screen battery icon, it reads (after full load): full load 100% current power Plan - balanced.

    This is nothing unusual. I have another set of Satellite and my battery LED light if the laptop is connected to the power adapter too.
    It changes between the function light orange and blue if the battery is fully charged or not.

    It seems you ve not laptop wholesale experience here is the led and the LED are very effective and don t waste power as a common light bulb.

  • Very strange emails sent from my Windows Mail

    About a week or two ago I went to my windows mail and I wanted to check if I already sent something.  What surprised me there was 5 emails I sent supposingly to my girlfriend who does only aYahoo account.  I asked if she knew the e-mail address in the message box, and she said that they are people she's known for a long time.  I don't know these people.
    The e-mails that showed in my folder where sent about 2 min apart with different e-mail addresses of friends of long date.  I never sent them because I don't know any address of his friends.

    To date, I showed another email that I have, nor that she sent to inquire about housing.  I called the phone number, so my real phone number did not show on caller ID I used a phone card prepaid and called from a P_ay phone.  It is a legitimate business.

    our company has recently migrated from Exchange Server 2003 to Exchange Server 2010.

    All of our blackberry phones use the provider service, so no BIS/BES participates in our side.

    Before the migration to exchange 2010, everything was fine.

    However, we started to notice what follows with the accounts migrated to exchange 2010:

    Put the waiting activity ONLY to test that emails are received during the running instance as well. Once you have tested and confirmed, you can remove the waiting process flow activities. I ask you to add permanently in the process flow. :)
