  The only question I have now with my SmartBand SWR10 is so is not play/pause my media file. Does anyone else have this problem apart from me?

  It s not a fault and the keys are definitely not broken.
  Usually, these controls Toshiba Utilities are designed to control the software like Windows Media Player (CD) or WinDVD (DVD).
  Other 3rd party applications may have problems using these buttons because of the compatibility issue. But once again; This is not a fault.

  Please don't be crazy on my but I don't understand your question. These buttons are by default configured to run with pre-installed Windows media player. If you don't like them you just simply do not touch them.
  I know that you can change the browser settings and the multimedia key and define which application should be open with these buttons.

  I had a smartband swr10 connected to my Xperia Z3 via NFC. Unfortunately while it was connected and logging, I managed to lose my wrist device.

  Now my phone again to reconnect the device using NFC.

  I want to be able to remove the device to stop the message but I can't find anywhere on the phone that allows this.

  I have now replaced the smartband with the smartwatch 3. So do not want to buy a replacement smartband.
