  I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  I have a writing a bug report on the BlackBerry (ver. 1.3.1.11404) calendar application for Android, running on a BlackBerry PRIV STV100-2 with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

  This bug is reproducible 100%.

  Synopsis: Zero minute appointments disappear to weekly view and the view of the calendar day when the zoom level is decreased enough, if the appointment of zero minutes is followed by a longer appointment.

  Steps to reproduce:
  (1) create a new appointment with the identical to its start time end time (for example, start at 09:00 to 09:00).
  (2) create a second appointment the same day from 30 minutes later, a period of one hour (for example, start at 09:30 to 10:30).
  (3) the day in day view or week view.
  (4) pinch-zoom in and out. The first appointment disappears from view when you zoom in enough. It reappears when you zoom in.

  Note: The use cases for the appointments of zero minutes is to store the reminders.

  First Blackberry troubleshooting step:

  • Turning on the device in front of you.
  • Make sure it is not plugged into the Charger AC/DC or USB charger.
  • Turn it over and remove the battery, IF the UNIT IS TURNED ON.
  • Pop the battery back in and wait for it to automatically load upward.

  See if that helps the situation.

  Recently, Canadian holidays appeared on my calendar, I did not. I can't delete them.   I use BBD 7.0.0.43 and Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 32 bit. Whenever I have sync the BB device, Desktop software freezes while the calendar is syncing. In the Desktop_xxx.log there find on this time, the line Rim.Desktop.Services.Device | 0 | [DatabaseAccess::GetDatabaseRecordIN:0 x...] GetDatabaseRecord several times.
