  BBs will not work without minimum charge. I recommend to leave it on the charger for at least 2 hours before trying anything.

  Here, how I did it follow these steps:

  First, I put my data plan on my BB Torch and registed sim card in a network in my case Etisalat. The question I have, I hope someone out there can answer: is it a big deal / it's a smart trade-off? I don't know that much about encryption, but it sounds like something I'd like to have (can you never have a lot of security in a handheld computer?)

  I think it's a smart compromise. Protect backup is secured with encryption itself.

  And if you have a password for the device on the device, the data itself are impenetrable anyway.

I can send/receive emails and use BB app world, but the Facebook app will not work. I need to know how to recover my BIS!

  So here's my solution:

  1. go on the Web for hp Support site

  2. go in the software and driver download

  3. set the language of driver on the language of your choice (in fact: it was the main problem)

  4. download an operating system image

  5. run the configuration tool and copy the image of an operating system on a flash drive

  6. restart the workstation and install the os

  7. take advantage of your computer ThinClient in the language of your choice

  I solved the problem! I found the original CD for the printer. I uninstall the current driver and then install CD and now when the printer is out of paper trying to get paper a couple of times and then stops, as it used to be.
