  Excuse me, I have a blackberry with OS 7.1 9900

  and I have a problem of notification, which occur when there is a bbm / fb / nothing else.

  When I click on this notification in the bar notifcation, it act normally and then open the message / fb / bbm / whatever it is,.

  and when I've done and press the back button to go to the home screen, the notification is still there. always in the toolbar State, but the icon in the notification already bar disappears, until I have shut the drawer and open it again to she disappear. How to fix this bug? usually, I restart my phone and it works. but another 10 minutes, the problem comes again.

  This bug is reallly annoying me. Please give me a solution. Thank you

  FYI - Your indignation is misplaced. This site has nothing to do with any formal support. On the contrary, this site is a community of users to volunteers who do their best, while also living their own lives occupied, to troubleshoot other kind souls to the best of their ability. There is no requirement for all voluntary meet any position whether... everything is voluntary, which is given to you by the goodness of their hearts. All they ever receive in return is gratitude... so unworthy of these volunteers can be a bit off-putting, I think.

  In any case you say you reboot and for a while, things are OK, but then the problem shows once again. Which could be a few different things... a bad OS... a bad app behave... maybe same material (although I doubt that your description so far).

  Have you checked for an OS updated for your BB? Since you said only 7.1 (OS levels have 4 bytes, not 2) and later does not reveal your carrier, there is no way to help you... but you can help you in this regard:

I was wondering if there is a setting to not show the BB logo. I downloaded the Facebook app from app world. Not a huge problem cause my turn to rocks! Just a question...

  There is not a place to enable or disable the BlackBerry logo.

  I think that items without the logo could have been manufactured to a BlackBerry smartphone, using the Facebook mobile site, but I have never tested the difference.

If I try to click on go mobile site, so I won't be able to connect from my 8520 will ask you a wifi connection to connect... I hope someone can help me thanks.

  So, upgrade to a higher plan allows you to enable to open Facebook groups in the browser. There is a beta version of Facebook allows you to browse the groups Facebook app, not in the browser. But it has many bugs I encounter inside that groups such as scrolling of the issues and also some users with questions about the connection. I will give you the link, but please note that you will face problems on this App sign up to BlackBerry beta Zone. Look at Facebook and follow the instuctions given.

The icon is not along the top of the Facebook page, I tried when you type said Facebook/places/in browser then click in the right corner, there is nothing to click and some people speak a shaded or unshaded gray box with ticks, I do not see a box from anywhere!

  I put my position on maps, left running, changed my settings on F/B to allow places and marking etc., took battery out... nothing!

  Can not do you that on this phone or I'm really stupid? !

  Perhaps ahah! It all depends on how much your signal is strong, and how many cell towers your connected to. So basically most your signal, the better it will be.

  any print-screen would be great... icon star as notifications that you are referring... must be somewhere in your Inbox... it just go into it & click on the letter 'U' on your keyboard... It should show you the unread messages...

  Perform the following steps, and then test to see if the notifications to work.

  • Log out of Facebook for smartphones BlackBerry from the BlackBerry smartphone.
  • Connect to the Facebook account from a computer.
  • Choose the account, privacy settings, Applications & websites.
  • Choose the Applications you are using, change the settings.
  • Choose the settings in Facebook for BlackBerry, smartphones.
  • Click remove the application.
  • Connect to Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones from the BlackBerry smartphone.

  From my experience, this affects BIS, BES and all services that depend on those (BBM, email, AppWorld, web browsing, application access to the data from the internet, etc.). Troubleshooting specific issues during this interruption may be unnecessary.

  Once the fault clears, if things are not yet flowing for you, try the following steps:

  (1) registry HRT

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.
