  There is not a place to enable or disable the BlackBerry logo.

  I think that items without the logo could have been manufactured to a BlackBerry smartphone, using the Facebook mobile site, but I have never tested the difference.

But what I want to know, is that when your using a blackbeery group service, you can access facebook group, which I'm using only the bundle of BB from my service provider. If I try to click on go mobile site, so I won't be able to connect from my 8520 will ask you a wifi connection to connect... I hope someone can help me thanks.

  So, upgrade to a higher plan allows you to enable to open Facebook groups in the browser. There is a beta version of Facebook allows you to browse the groups Facebook app, not in the browser. But it has many bugs I encounter inside that groups such as scrolling of the issues and also some users with questions about the connection. I will give you the link, but please note that you will face problems on this App sign up to BlackBerry beta Zone. Look at Facebook and follow the instuctions given.

  I recently got a Blackberry Bold 9780, I tried for days to get seats on Facebook, but it's not yet showing upward! The icon is not along the top of the Facebook page, I tried when you type said Facebook/places/in browser then click in the right corner, there is nothing to click and some people speak a shaded or unshaded gray box with ticks, I do not see a box from anywhere!

  I put my position on maps, left running, changed my settings on F/B to allow places and marking etc., took battery out... nothing!

  Can not do you that on this phone or I'm really stupid? !

  Perhaps ahah! It all depends on how much your signal is strong, and how many cell towers your connected to. So basically most your signal, the better it will be.

  Anyone else does not receive their FB notifications?  Mine has stopped again last night.  Remove the battery and a reset did not help.  Last time this happened it was off for three days.

  As I had suspected... facebook notifications are back and seem to be operational again.  Only, they began to happen again on Wednesday night... so thank you for all the suggestions... but again, I think that it was a question of BB and somehow be it resolved itself.

  I used to receive from my facebook app tagged photos and commentary, but now the notifications still come but I can't see the image or view comments. I checked my notifications in facebook, and everything is on.

  I used the facebook app on my blackberry since it was released. While this isn't the best app, it works. When I used the storm link facebook contacts and contacts in my address book worked perfectly. If someone has changed their image would be automatically updated their contact record.

  Since I upgraded to the tower it did not work. I can't even check the box to enable this feature. I did everything I can think of. I uninstalled the app and pulled the battery for about a minute. Reinstalled and it does the same thing. I've updated to the latest version which is online and in appworld. So, I removed the old and pulled the battery before installing the new version.

  Has anyone else had this problem or found a fix for it?

  To change this setting, please try opening your Contacts app and pulling down on the top of the screen to open the settings Menu. Then scroll to Facebook in the contacts list and change the OFF button. Fight back, then close and reopen your Contacts app. Which should remove all your Facebook contacts in your address book.

  Anyone who you have in your contacts list and doesn't have their photo of profile as the appellant, I would either has no facebook or is not related to their facebook cell phone number.

  Hello!

  Each time a random strange behavior or slowness comes, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.

  See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  If this isn't the case, then I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

  But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '. • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Priv bricks during update MM

  Hello everyone,

  As a user of BB for a long time (since the curve 8310 until the Passport), I couldn't resist the temptation and I ended up buying a private AT & T unlocked the B & H store in Manhattan during my vacation.

  I downloaded the SW AAF355 version and drivers USB (computer restarts after the installation).

  Installation script has detected the Priv in fastboot mode after lowering the volume + key combination of power and apparently started the update, but suddenly the phone restarted with black screen and led flashes between purple and green.

  Quick notes: I've updated devices BB10 via autoloader a couple of times and I did the update did not complete successfully using Mac OS (latest version), but I tried tha same procedure from a W7 PC too.

  Now, I'm still stuck with black screen and led flashing and computer does not detect the phone more. I tried all combinations of possible keys try to restart the phone but no luck.

  So I ask help to members of the community on what can I do to get it fixed, cause I think that the problem of Mayor is I'm in Spain...

  OK, it seems that I finally I could remedy then I'll write the steps that I followed, just in case.

  In my case, I was not able to start the phone in following mode fastboot with all combinations of keys, and the computer it has not detected:

  -Low volume + button.

  -High volume + button.

  -All buttons pressed at the same time.

  But after some trial and error, I pressed the middle (the toddler between flight up and down) button + power button and the phone started in mode 'starting'

  The computer detects it and loaded MM autoloader (first attempt get stuck again, but a 2nd went until the end). After that the phone boot up normally.
