  Thank you, don't know how to check the memory leaks.  Anyway, I got my music back by making the battery pull and I got all my info calendar back entering the Office of BB and make a new configuration of the synchronization.  First I had to synchronize in the direction that had most of the data to restore the information that has been deleted (for example my storm had lost a few weeks of the calendar events to I synced ensuring he was leaving office the storm.)  Once it has been restored to the storm, I have synced then two-way and all data are intact.  I hope it stays.  Also, I went in the Outlook Options, preferences, calendar free/busy Options Optiions and changed it be Publixh 12 months of free/busy information of calendar on the server.  I'm not sure it makes a difference, but keep your fingers crossed.  I know that I am.  Hope this helps and thanks again everyone.

  There is virtually no diagnosis of those - they are the equivalent of random errors in Windows for which trace the root cause is futile. Basically, here's the last out in the programming code - some event occurred for which there is no event handler in the code.
