Smartphones blackBerry "purchase not found".

Two days ago, I bought an application for which I had first download a trial version (which had just expired).  After I had made the purchase via PayPal registration My World says "buy is not found".  This has not changed after repeated log-ins.  I received e-mails from confirmation of the purchase of PayPal and Blackberry no registration key (or any link to get a).  The application is installed, but cannot be used until it is registered.  What should I do?

I have the Blackberry Storm 9530, OS 4.7, App World version 1.1.0.20 version

I just wanted you to know that the issues have been finally resolved.  I was able to submit a support request (I never got a response MichelleK, so after a few weeks, I made another attempt on the support site and my PIN has been accepted - I do not know if she had nothing to do with it, but thank you anyway). Technical support recommended possibly contact the seller, that I did, and they gave me instructions to get a registration key.  I just had to uninstall the app connect to AppWorld and then reinstall it, on which I received the key and the app works now.

    I thought about it! I went into the app and tried to buy it again because the purchase option reappeared as if by magic. When I came home to the login screen of paypal that he told me that I had already bought this app and return to my world and select the log in option. I did, put in my paypal information and he said that all applications have been reconciled. Well buying option was always playing on the IM + and no license. so, I deleted, rebooted my phone and when I went to reinstall it, voila!     My device always puts 3G when I use the browser, which cost me money! Before with OS 6, I was able to use only WiFi with the internet browser,

    In OS6, there is no "Advanced > browser" options as you remember correctly in OS5, it isn't here.

    IF the WiFi is enabled, there will always be precedent for data. If your to move to 3G, is the gray of course for the WiFi symbol or what it the WiFi symbol do?

    the problem is that when I go in the Options there is no field 'wireless synchronization '.  Everything I find is the calendar view, by calling rooms and Date & time. The two accounts, my gmail one & the blackberry.net acount are also displayed.

  • New smartphone BlackBerry storm not no projection in 'My computer' as a disc as my old Storm was when connected via USB cable

    I got a new storm that I see in BB Desktop Manager and see it of identification number and can see the contents of the 8 MB card, but I do not see the storm in my computer as a drive, as I have for my old storm when I connect it via USB cable.

    I used to connect my old Storm and autoplay would jump to the top and I see map of the storm and the internal memory as two disks support.  Nothing shows here now...

    I checked to make sure that autoplay is always set to "always ask" when my phone is connected.  I double checked to make sure that the new storm was set ON media, NULL encryption Support, ON Media transfer, Mass storage support, Auto enable Mass Storage when logged ON, etc.

    The card is fine, I've recorded videos, photos and play music off it all the time and I can transfer items to using very slow BB Media Manager but I prefer to use the quick method when it is recognized as a drive.

    Why it used to work on the old storm, but not on this new?

    I read on some other fourms when you think you've found a new replacement Storm you get really a refurbished and for some reason that those who have a whole mass storage setting where the mode is disabled?

    Before I had a chance to even try your recommendation, I found a link on these forums for this file that I mentioned.  I'll be darn it worked... now my BB appears in my computer under two drives, and Media Sync works!  Problem solved!

    It won't let me put the hyperlink to the forum page but a search for ' Blackberry Media Sync could not connect to your BlackBerry smartphone.

    So who has a link to the forums on pinstack.com and you have to register with them to get the file, and then extract the RAR with Winzip file and in this file, I ran the file BB"storage"Activation with the connected BB again, which opens a DOS command prompt, you hit then any key to continue, then unplug. , wait that the BB restart, then Viola... it works again!

  • Applications for Smartphones blackBerry does not download with the bb app world

    I just got a new bb bold 9780. I get errors when I try to download apps. I've deleted and reinstalled world app bb twice, and that did not help. I am able to look for apps and click Download, then I get a series of errors:

    1. sometimes it is just about starting to download for hours/days

    2 legal, I get an error that says: this application not available for download on the bb app world (I even got this error when you try to download an update for the bb app world! lol)

    3. sometimes, I get an error message saying cannot connect to the bb app world, please check your connection

    My connection is good, as I can browse the internet without problem. There isn't any app problem individual because I have tried several apps.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    So, I found the solution!

    Basically it seems to be a problem in the world of bbapp. I know that I was using the right email and password I used several times to download new applications. This combination is no longer works somehow. To solve the problem simply:

    Sign up for a new world bbapp ID!

    That's all! You will need to use a new email address, so it's annoying, but it works.

    It's a very simple solution!

    The old e-mail/password combination is in no. man s land. Can't explain this part. Also, I can't explain why it didn't come with an error when I enter the password it is not working. It shows that I have registered, it just does not allow me to download anyting.

    In any case, can't complain too much because it's Aussie a simple solution.

    If you don't know how to register for a new BBappworld ID do the following:

    -Click on the bbappworld icon

    -Select the icon of my world

    -Click on the button of menu while in my world

    -Select disconnect

    -Select the icon for my new world

    -Scroll down to create a BlackBerry ID.

    That's all!

    Ok. Do not worry about the BES... This is Blackberry Enterprise Service and only for use by businesses. The setting we use is BIS... Blackberry Internet services.     I am posting this as a new message. I had earlier posted it as one 'response' to another post with a similar problem. I hope that it is acceptable (new Member of the Forum).

    My 8700 c won't recognize a headphone SoundPort Flex. The helmet worked perfectly until three days ago. My 8700 transfer calls to the headset correctly. The led at the upper right of the device will begin to blink blue. The screen of the device would show "call forwarding - busy," I would like to hear a "beep" in the headset, press the main button in the headset and I'd hear the person calling in the atrium. Same result if I put out the call. All of a sudden stopped the transfer process. I thought that I may have made a change by mistake in the Options but have not been able to figure out what I could have done wrong.

    My first thought was that it might be the helmet. I tried a headphone SoundPort Flex new, different and still no connection between the BB and headset.

    I followed the implementation of manual of BB. Here is what the screen shows when I implemented: "searching for devices. Search SoundPort Flex. Guest of the screen "enter the password for SoundPort Flex". I entered the password and click on the wheel. Hear "beep" in the headphones! Display shows "Devices paired like SoundPort Flex." Entry "Connect" screen displays "Waiting for SoundPort Flex." (The screen never changes and displays "Waiting... ("indefinitely.)

    By the end the other user in a similar message, under Options, my 8700 watch 'Discoverable' as selected.

    Bluetooth is turned "on".

    Under "Device properties", I selected "approved."

    The 8700 c (online) user manual reads: "Set if the paired Bluetooth compatible device can connect with your BlackBerry® device without asking confirmation." I don't find that Option on my device. Is the problem that the BB is ready to connect somehow manually?

    One last thing: within the "Bluetooh activated/paired devices/SoundPort Flex / properties of the device"-when I click on the knob to display "Device properties", I see that these items: name of the device (SoundPort Flex), trust (Yes), encryption (Enabled) control Echo (automatic). Below "automatic" on the screen is a horizontal line and below who are 'Services '. It is not accessible. But it lists 'Hands-free device' (twice) and then "helmet" (twice). None of these elements can scroll.

    I guess ill-informed, I accidentally turned on or off another Option that overcomes the connection between the BB and the headphones. Or maybe a software problem?

    Note: I just tried the whole process over again: removed the headphone SoundPort, disabled the Bluetooth then he allowed.     I have a 8800 world edition series phone.  I did a clean install the new Desktop Software 4.5 (of 4.2 which doesn't work anymore), however the software sees the phone for a moment and then disconnects.  I reinstalled the USB drivers updated, other controllers software I thought that he maybe blocked I have a recorder of the word that he has stopped working since I installed it, uninstalled.  I have reset the BB without success.

    It's very frustrating and I would like to know what I can do to make the software as my phone again! I use XP SP3 on an area and installed the desktop software as the Internet, not the /redirector of server account option because we run a BB server as I am the only person who has a BB.

    Make sure that your USB cable is connected to one of the main rear USB ports of the PC. A USB hub, or USB Monitor port not a USB port on the front of the PC.

    You could do an uninstall of DM 4.5 (on your PC > start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)

    Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

    See if it works now.
