BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry does not connect

Hello. I have a BlackBerry 8520 I try to use with the Touch & Go-system Toyota. My problem is: whenever I take the key, and the connection is complete, the connection cannot be established automatically when I start the car. It must be done manually. This should not not to be necessary. According to Toyota, the BlackBerry 8520 tank should work with Touch & go I tried to connect to the system with other phones and it worked without any problem. I would not lose my BlackBerry for this reason, and maybe it's just one little problem... BlackBerry 8520 v5.0.0.681 (Platform 5.2.0.67) Micro Edition Bluetooth worm. 1.1 used to Denmark thanks in advance and best regards Claus

Problem solved.
I missed a check mark!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry does not connect to the blackberry World Server

    Hello

I have a BB9780. I got it as a set of second hand.

My service provider is Vodacom SA and I propose a package of BIS with them, they confirm that my package of their side has no problem.

I tried all the tips I've read on this Forum and still nothing helps.

I enter the BB app world and it tells me that 'Blackberry cannot connect to the blackberry world server.

Again this is not the side of my carrier form since they confirm that my package is open and usable.

I can get Temp to the BB app world via WiFi but lose the connection, and this isn't my WiFi as my laptop is still online when I am offline

    Help, please

Ok. Do not worry about the BES... This is Blackberry Enterprise Service and only for use by businesses. The setting we use is BIS... Blackberry Internet services. Unfortunately many networks will tell users that their BIS is connected when they did not. My advice is to ring the network, tell them where you looked, in the State. She shows very clearly your BIS is not connected and ask them to connect

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Bluetooth does not connect

I cannot bluetooth my other phones to my 8100 nothing.  My other phones are paired and appear on my list of phones, but neither phone can connect to the 8100?

In the 8100 device back to the media, menu, menu and receive via bluetooth.

  • Z10 Z10 blackBerry does not connect to the mobile network

I live in an apartment and sometimes when I get a no signal (like the elevator or the basement) location in a place where there should be a signal strong, the Z10 I have isn't always connect to it. Instead, I see that the network is listed as "SOS" or "302-500".

My ISP is Wind Mobile to the Canada. The Z10 is a factory-unlocked directly from Blackberry. I already changed the SIM card once, but it didn't seem to help.

Try this: settings, network and connections, Mobile network, manual network selection Mode change.

It should automatically scan, can take a few minutes, when the Scan stops choose wind, do not choose any others listed will not work.

  • Q10 Q10 blackBerry does not connect to the world of Blackberry. Support hard to find.

my blackberry Q10 is the world opening of blackberry and after opening, it only shows a black screen for a few seconds and closes.

provider tells me to ask the support of blackberry, blackberry site shows: no support given.

just think to throw this phone and switch to android.

on the internet a lot of advice to connect to BBworld music app works is not for me.

First of all, if you bought the Q10 the supplier while they are supposed to support. If they can't solve the problem then they will escalate your case to BlackBerry. So they tell you to contact directly the BlackBerry violates their contract with BlackBerry. This site is NOT an official support channel, but rather a peer to peer support forum, where users like you and me to help each other to solve problems.

Having said that, have you tried to reboot the device by removing the battery? You're on a Wifi or Mobile network? Try a good WiFi.

If none of this works, then you will need to wipe the device and try again. Use BB software link to perform a full backup and then reset the security. Instructions for this are here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33591

Once the device is wiped to go through the installation process and connect to the wifi. Then open BBWorld and connect with your BBID. Go at this point and post back how it goes.

  • Q10 Q10 blackBerry does not connect to my WiFi at home

My new Q10 see my protected WiFi password but authentication times out when I try to connect.  As a sidebar, I'm alse unable to connect my wireless HP printer and have been told it is because of Mac settings to the printer.  My printer and telephone connection problems may be related.  My priority is to get my new BB to connect to my WiFi.  I have connected successfully to a Telus passwork protected WiFi is probably not the phone.

    Thank you

I talked to the former, IT supports a colleague (I worked for SW Co.) and he confirmed that all the settings are OK. Router was 8 years old. Went and bought DLINK updated now, printer and Q10 connect.

  • Z10 Z10 blackBerry does not connect to wifi

I'm unable to connect my unlocked Verizon St004 Z10 to my wifi network. Connect with success all devices at home and my previous 9860 used to connect without a problem. Tried to reboot the router. WPA - PSK security type

The first thing I would do is to connect your device to the software link on your PC and make a full backup. Then use the link to update your device as its very old BONES. Then see if the problem persists.

  • BlackBerry Torch 9860 smartphones does not connect with the pc via the USB port.

We have a new Torch 9860 which does not connect with a PC via the USB port.  What should do?

    SlaKir wrote:

    The answer is YES

Well, then your USB port is likely.

Restart the PC and BlackBerry (with smart BlackBerry power onthe phone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart).

Then, connect with the USB cable and a rear main USB port at the back of the PC, not a front USB port.

Hear a ringing or sound from the PC indicating that the BlackBerry is connected?

Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software. Give it a minute to recognize the connected BlackBerry device... you see the code PIN of BlackBerry on the PC in the BlackBerry Desktop software?

  • Smartphones blackBerry 8100 on TMo. 4.5 OS does not connect to internet

Hi guys. I followed the procedure that has been suggested at this link to upgrade my Pearl to 4.5 OS.

The phone can't seem to select a data connection to the internet now, although he shoots always my email and my Google Maps works. Gmail does not connect any more than my Opera Mini browser.

    Any help would be appreciated!

(Other random bits: MyFaves not loading, 2 'About' link does not work)

Should I have gone through a different process? The 4.5 OS will work OK with TMo?

    Thank you!

It certainly won't hurt to try to send service books again, at least.

    1. options > advanced > host Routing Table > Menu > register.

2 send your service from your carrier's BIS site books.
    Of your handheld: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402
    Your desktop PC: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830

    3. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Opera4 does not work on my Storm 9500

I installed on my Storm 9500 OM4, but when opening it shows ' the Mini Oper application attempted to access a network connection to low altitude. Here afford that?' twice and then the application does not connect to the internet. The phone displays 'edge' only. I don't have a BIS in my country.

    Hello

One thing you left was how you have responded to the message you received. Did say you Yes or no? Twice?

In any case, it may be that your BB, which I assume that you have purchased 2nd hand, did not properly prepare for your use by the previous owner. Please see the bulletin:

    • KB05099 Steps to take before selling or after the purchase of a used BlackBerry smartphone

In addition, it is possible that they had this BB associated with BES and did not remove the it policy... Review:

    • KB30076 How to check for an it on a BlackBerry smartphone policy

Further still, your voice-level services work correctly? And you can find a WiFi network to see if Opera works that (as a test please)?

Please let us know the results of your review of all the foregoing, accurately.

    Thank you!
