  Help I have a new BB bold 9900 and whenever I try and put in place and go to app world it always tells me "BalckBerry App World struggled to connect to the Blackberry app world of broadcasting. "Check your network connections, and then try again" WTH does that mean? the world of the app is down? What is my 9900 connections?

  It might be possible that your Mac has booted 64 by default. Please check your System Profiler and under content, select the software. Is there a Yes next to kernel and the 64-bit Extensions, then it is in 64-bit mode. Restart the Mac in 32-bit mode and try to connect the BlackBerry. To do this restart your Mac and hold down the 3 and 2 keys at startup then connect the BlackBerry.

  Hi all I can't currently access the OneDrive Blackberry application with the connection. I use an official passport of BB with the OS 10.3.0. I am able to log in successfully, then it asks me to allow the permissions (I have agree / agree), but he then goes back to the login page. I tried a reinstall, reboot etc. without joy.   Hi, I just got my 8900 yesterday.  To get the full support of the Gmail IMAP, I downloaded the Gmail app from http://m.google.com/mail.  It seems to work perfectly, except for the fact that I don't see anywhere on the app icon in my Applications folder.  The only way I can start using the BlackBerry menu and then select 'Application Switch.'

  How can I get it in my folder of Applications so I can put it on my home screen?

  By default, GMail usually goes in the folder downloads rather than in the Applications folder. Once you find it, you should be able to move the icon where you want - just highlight (don't click), then press the BBKey... There should be options 'Move' and 'move to folder '.

  I had exactly this same problem with O2 - I upgraded to a WM XDA for the "BOLD", keeping my 3G connection of 3 years, but never saw sim card, although they live in a main coverage area.  A simple call to O2 diagnostic failure, I picked up a new SIM 3G card instore free and active, it OTA to link to my number and services - he went to live in 10 minutes and I get 3 G all the time!  Happy Days!
