Smartphones blackBerry using Word, Excel and PowerPoint

A few questions:

(1) is an expansion card required to use the features of Word, Excel and PowerPoint?

(2) can we save, download, transfer, etc., an attachment (Word, Excel or Powerpoint) so that it can be edited?  If so, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

You have the right standard?, then you can view the files, to change the files and you will need the full version.

Open the menu press Standard version and you can see the options.

Is there a way I can use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint on an Android operating system?

    Hi DavidBuzzer,

It is not possible to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint in Android operating system.

However, you can use your favorite search engine & download any third-party software that could serve the purpose.

Note: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

    Hope the helps of information.

  • Opening Word, Excel and PowerPoint files in LabVIEW with digital signature of files

    Hello

I try to open Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents in LabVIEW (or were then converted into a format that can be opened). After the opening, to fill out checklists can insert a digital signature preset (possibly through an authorisation of user name and password) and save the file while preventing further edit or print a pdf of this report.

I have a good experience with LabVIEW, but not in this kind of a system.

I appreciate if someone can point me in the direction to start.

    Thank you very much

    Al

Regarding (1): there is no ActiveX control to view the Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint files. If you want to display these on a front of LabVIEW, so the simplest solution is to use a web browser on the front panel control. This will allow you to provide the path to the file in the URL of the web browser control navigation and the file will be embedded in the browser control. It would be no different than the consultation within Internet Explorer.

Regarding (2): assuming that you view the document on the front panel, this looks like the basis of LabVIEW programming, so I don't know what you're asking for here, or that you are having problems with.

With regard to the (3): I must admit that I'm not quite clear on what will be signed. It also seems that the signing and printing of PDF are two distinct objectives here.

  • Somehow, word, excel and powerpoint have been REMOVED from my office

Okay, I don't know how - but the entire programming of word, powerpoint and excel have all were removed from my office. And no, I'm not kidding. And no, I'm not stupid; I don't really know how it happened.
I was looking at the different programs installed on my desk, left for a while and when I came back, I couldn't open any documents. After a further inspection, I realized that all of the above programs are gone.
I am very serious here and I hope that someone can help me. Is it possible that alright are still there on the hard drive and / or somewhere and can be put back? Please help me; I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Double click on 'My Computer', the window will show you the different readers installed on your pc. Double-click the disk Local (c) under the title of hard drives and a window will open showing you the folders and files on that drive. Click on the search button, select all files and folders to search for and type Excel.exe in the "all or part of the name of the file:" box. Click on the button Search & see if it happens.
    Repeat for Winword.exe and Powerpnt.exe.

If the search finds them, note their location - which will probably be C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office * (where * can be a number).

  • Word, Excel and Chrome all auto start to connect on my macbook pro.  I don't want these programs to autostart.  How to disable that?

When I connect to my macbook pro, Word, Excel and Chrome all automatically load and the beginning and they are VERY slow and slow accessability to something else after I have connection.  I don't want one of these auto-start.  I'll start them if I need them.  I looked on the application's preferences, but also Apple settings and can not find any place to turn off this action.  I don't have this box controlled displays for office ("start connecting").  Any help to stop this would be appreciated.  Using the latest version of El Capitan. Thank you

Do not simply close their windows. Choose EXIT their menus. If they were all off at the stop, they should not re-launch at startup.

But if you simply close they windows, they are still worn running. next time you start, it will be open again.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry to take apart and put back together.

No, I don't mean remove the physical device.

My company (finally) made me a Blackberry (Bold 9650) so I could learn to do things like it backup, restore and so immediately and (better) to provide technical support for others.

So, I would like to know:

    1. how to back up my Blackberry?

I have e-mails, contacts and appointments calendar and your Internet favorites.

Would I need (as I believe...) to connect the device to a computer via a USB cable and somehow save these items on the computer?

Is it a synchronization for this software?

    2 restoration

I guess I want to reverse the process above.

    3 secure wipe

Some time ago, in another section, I was told that it would probably be necessary, if a Blackberry into a movement of one BES/BPS server to another, to wipe the device and then turn it back on.

Wipe the unit would, I guess, delete the personal data, hence the master back to the top and restore operations.

What a wipe erases exactly (and what don't we not delete)?

    4. What is (re) activation after a wipe?

Wiping the Blackberry does include eliminating the activation information (I guess for that), it seems that I have to reactivate with my ISP (Verizon, in my case), correct?

Now, I won't do this 3 times a week, every week, but can I reactivate my Blackberry as I want? I just call Verizon like I did at the beginning?

    Hello

Yes, the subject line is a little off the mark! I'm afraid that some people may not even venture into your thread accordingly. However...

Hmmm... I'm not sure on the migration of one BES to the other, but I know that a WIPE has no effect on the it policy. I don't know if the migration to an another BES replaces the policy of IT or not. Nevertheless:

Reactivation as with the carrier. For the Association, is a lack of prejudice no-fault to reactivate with them. Simply dial * 228 and select Option 1 (then again and select Option 2). You don't really have to call and talk to them because your BB is fully registered on their network the first time you activate... on CDMA networks, there is much more "hardcoded" into the network (where the greatest difficulty taking CDMA devices and use them on another CDMA network).

    I hope this helps!

    Hi convert PDFs to word,

You can use the ExportPDF online service to convert PDF files in several formats, including Word and Excel. Once you have converted the files, they will be stored in your online account, and you can download them here.

  • Sync of Smartphones blackBerry with vista calendar and address book

Hi, I am new to the Blackberry curve 8310 and Windows Vista.  I can't get my info from my Blackberry to engage contacts and the timing of Vista because it is not recognized by Blackberry.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hello. I am afraid that I did not understand all options regarding the synchronization of my 8310 with Vista calendar still; However, I had success sync my Blackberry with Contacts in Windows Vista, the other day.  After you load the Blackberry Desktop Software, go and click on synchronize, and then click the Configuration tab.  On this tab, click on the button "configure Synch... ».  This brings you to a screen that allows you to choose which office program you want to use to synchronize your info.  Select address book and then click on the "Settings" button... ».  Select Microsoft Outlook Express and click on "next >".  Select what kind of synchronization that you want to perform (if you want a clock 2 channels or just for the synchronization from your phone to the computer or the computer to the phone) and click on "next >", and then finish.  Go out and return to the Configuration tab, click the Sync tab and tap sync now.  Even if you have selected Microsoft Outlook Express for synchronization, to synchronize automatically with Windows Contacts for Vista.  (Or at least mine did).  I hope this helps!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry will get email and send to outside people only.

    Very strange question here.

I have a client (I am a network consultant) who use a BB and he can get his email on this subject. It uses the BIS service and had no problem. However when he tries to send, it provides only people outside of its local area. One of his colleagues don't get his email. But the even weirder part is that the e-mail he sends to co-workers appear in his sent items box. They just get lost somewhere in the maze.

    Any ideas?

We use an Exchange Server 2003 and GFI MailEssentials for SPAM solution.

What you have will help you.

    Josh

Found. One of his colleagues had inadvertently added to the global blacklist. And since its BB was technically sending from outside that he blocked only incoming emails.

I was able to remove the user from the list and emails are now crossing all internal users.

    Thank you

  • Director of office of Smartphones blackBerry V. 6.0 and Outlook calendar problems

I have recently updated my office to the new V 6.0 Manager and have problems with the calendar not updated device to Outlook. I use outlook 2007 and I have a Bold 9650. I don't get any errors and am able to spend in the Organizer data select option synchronize and make adjustments to the way I want the data to be transferred. If I'm going from Outlook to device I have no problem, but if I leave peripheral to Outlook entries do not give in and all future entries there where already on the calendar until I upgraded disappeared. The only problem I have with it is the calendar option.  When I press the sync button, he thinks that for a short period of time is as he transferred the data then nothing. If I can give you more info to help solve this problem please let me know.

Must say that I am disappointed by the fact that this message was for a while with absolutely no response. Desktop Manager 6 is useless for me. And have already deleted. Will download an older version and I hope it helps.

  • Smartphones blackBerry how to open and view Word and Excel files?

I registered the "Word to Go" and the sheet to Go"applications.  However, when I try to open an excel since an attachment file, a message appears indicating that I can't view the attachment on my device type.  I tried saving the file under the name of previous versions of excel with no luck.

Same problem when I try to export files to blackberry.  An error message indicates the device can carry only the file but not open or read it.

Any help would be most appreciated! Thank you!

Thanks for the reply of John.  I rebooted and no it did not work.  The files do not seem to be recognized by the phone as those I send an email to the phone have a "?" on them.  However, if I open word or excel (to go) on the device, the application looks for files, but can't find even if I put some on the phone but the USB.

Any other suggestions please?  Thanks again.

  • Question, security and confidentiality of Smartphones blackBerry using BES and BIS

I have a BB of work that is supported by a Blackberry Enterprise Server. I also have a yahoo staff & accounts gmail that I set up on my BB device. My concerns are:

    1. Are my emails yahoo & gmail routed through the server of the company or it comes directly from my phone provider
    2. If it is routed through my BES, is that questions of confidentiality for my private email?
    3. Is there a way to protect personal information when the data is routed through the company system BES

Frankly, I don't want my people to work never see my personal yahoo or gmail emails. This is why I am asking these questions.

    Thanks a ton!

    Hello.

    1. No, they are not being routed through the BES.  They will make your device through the pine and the NSE that you entered when you set up your BIS account directly.

If you are concerned about your personal data, perhaps you should consider getting your own device.  What I did (and I'm the BES Admin).

  • No beep sound while exting Word, Excel and Outlook Expresss.

Original title: audible beep output of Excel/Word etc.

I always used to get a beep when you try to exit Excel/Word etc without saving a document. I always get the message "do you want to save changes...". "but not the audible sound.

I don't know what happened after one of the automatic updates of Windows.

It is a real pain because he also silenced the beep when you receive an Outlook Express e-mail, despite the "play sound when new messages arrive" ticking box in tools, Options, general.
