• Post-it Note, Snipping Tool, Sound Recorder etc missing from the Start Menu

  Some integrated programs have suddenly disappeared in the folder 'Accessories' in the Start Menu, including sticky notes, Snipping Tool, Sound Recorder, and record Tablet PC Tools was empty too and maybe even more than programs that I do not know. I don't know what else is missing. Is it possible to bring them back in the start menu? Would be fixed it with a factory reset? - but I don't really want to do a factory reset, unless I am out of options.

  Hello, I found the source of my problem. This is the IBM Security Trusteer report software. It has an option to block the screen capture. This must have turned on when I upgraded to Windows 10. I have this turned off and the Snipping Tool now works with Firefox.
