  I have a third generation Apple TV (latest updates OS) on an airport extreme wireless network 802.11ac. When you try to stream from iTunes (latest) on Mavericks (all patches), many videos can take up to five minutes to start playing, and after playing for twenty or thirty minutes, they "freezing" for anywhere from one minute to five minutes before resuming playback. If I was streaming on the internet, I could understand the delay, but it doesn't have much sense when streaming from a local source.

  What I'm trying to listen to are movies and TV shows that have been downloaded on iTunes. On Apple TV, I select 'Machines' and then select 'Movies' or 'TV Shows' and select the movie or TV show to watch. According to the film or television show, they will be either start immediately or that there may be a delay until five minutes before starting to play.

  I restarted the Apple TV and I checked there is nothing cached on the device, so I don't see where any content downloaded on Apple TV, itself might be forced memory.

  I took my two my edge router and my WiFi network and I can verity that Apple TV is streaming on the computer and not from the internet. I also checked that there are no other consequence WiFi activity (NTP updates, updates to the ASP, etc., but without the use of actual data bandwidth) and I checked that iTunes is the only process that consumes any real network, CPU, or the disk on the computer resources is continuous from. I also checked the other devices on the network are also not any bandwidth real WiFi.

  So I'm puzzled. Any idea what's going on here? Why Apple TV freezes? It is really this poor management of its buffers work? (I find that hard to believe!)

  Any ideas on how to debug this yet? Even better, any ideas how solve this problem?

  When streaming Pandora on BlackBerry remote stereo gateway, the sound moves from my audio system to the speaker of the device after each song.  I can go to manage connections and disconnect and then connect the stereo gateway and it goes back to the sound system.

  How can I hear stay continues through the sound system once the gateway is paired?

  You did all your Windows updates?

• How to control your TV display when streaming music

  Just bought an Apple TV.  I figured out how to playlists from my iPod directly to the Apple TV stream.  But how do I control what shows up on the TV screen?  Now, when I turn firstly on the reading list, a framework for information art and song from the album appear on the TV screen.  This image is to switch from right to left, and then, after a minute, a slideshow of photos of the reserve begins.  If I press the key "menu" on the remote control, I can get the info of the song back, but there is not.  Finally, the show returns.  My two questions are:

  1. What happens if I can't see the slideshow?  Can I put it to only display the info of the song?
  2. If I have a slide show, how can I replace my own photos?

  I bought a Toshiba satellite A660 07U 2 months ago.
  Since the beginning, when I try to watch any video streaming of Facebook, Youtube, etc, my system crashes completely and don't stop making the zzzzz... noise and I have to manually shut down the laptop by pressing the power button.

  This happens very often now. I contacted toshiba support and the response was to change my microphone amplifier, configure Volume settings... : smileysurprised:.

  This only happens for internet streaming videos or have you noticed that also play videos stored on the HARD drive?
  Could it be linked to the internet connection is slow?

  If this isn't the case, then I would check the processes running in the background. Some processes may insist on the CPU, and this might be the reason of this gel.

  Just an another idea;
  Have you checked a few other graphics drivers? Update the driver and test again.
  I recommend also using actors.

• Error code C00D11B1 in WMP 11 when streaming!

  I get this error code when you try to listen to the radio from the following site:http://belmizikfm.com/wplayer.php and despite trying all the solutions of a variety of forums (DRM, Codecs, deleting files, etc) I can not find a solution. Sometimes it plays for a few minutes then stops and according to their administrator no one else has this problem. I have this problem on my desktop running XP and on my laptop that runs VISTA.

  I have no other problem with WMP11: I can read CD, watch videos, RIP, listen to the radio via the Media Guide, etc. and I have no problem, listen to internet radio stations, which don't use WMP. If at this point, I'm totally "puzzled" and looking for help with this problem. I tried almost everything I can think of, but still want to meet this challenge!

  I just tried to read the stream in WMP on my Vista system, and he played very well for more than 30 minutes, up to what I stopped it myself. There might be some problem with the connection on your side (e.g., dropouts), VLC is somehow able to handle better than WMP.

  If possible, I suggest that you try to play the stream on your laptop via another Internet connection (perhaps at a friend's House), preferably using a different ISP.

  I'm having a bit of a hairy problem - * ANY * video streaming, whether it be HTML5 or Flash stops after a number of seconds (rare) seemingly random.  YouTube, I sometimes get a buffer wheel to turn constantly, sometimes nothing.  On Facebook or other sites, nothing happens - freeze just a video.  Internet high speed or bandwidth is not a problem - 50/50 FiOS here.  Sound œuvres until frost.

  I tried to download videos in FLV Downloader, but when I look in the Media Player, they slow down until they are very bad after a period similar to the streaming video.  His work sometimes until the downturn, sometimes does not at all.  VLC plays the video at the right speed, but without the sound.

  I tried deleting and re-installing flash player, run a restore point when the video was working and all the other stuff I tried, but nothing worked and I'm stuck.  I have no idea how to solve this problem.  It happened randomly yesterday (apparently).

  If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate a helping hand.  I am a student that takes about half of its classes online, so without flash or HTML5 video, I'm in all sorts of trouble.

  * edit * on a whim, I just open Spotify to see if that would work.  No bone.  Nothing plays.  Not at all.  The music does not play in Media Player, (local or streaming)

  Well, it seems I solved the question - I have no idea why this is happening.  I have a Logitech G35 Headset.  Sometimes when I restart Windows, I get sound out of it (usually noticed during a Skype call).  If I unplug and re - connect the headset, everything is hunky-dory with the sound and Skype.

  I just had to do, and when I did, all the videos and other media began to work very well.

  I'm cursed confused.

  Looks like it's being shaken like an old walkman when you try to play a disc with no protection to jump.

  Similar to jump in and out of the audio track, then the visuals are together but do not play at a uniform PACE.  They speed up then slowly toward down in 2 seconds in time with the bursting of the sound.

  I don't know if it's a driver problem or a hardware problem, but the dell support page could not solve my problem and the resolution of the problems of links seem to be broken.

  I have a bdp-bx57, I'm an old fart and I am hard of hearing, when you look at any internet content, I can't subtitles.yet it works very well for the dvd and blu - ray.when watch Netflix on ps3 or computer I can get them. have I missed something or that they do not work on the blu - ray player all in streaming.during the day is not a problem, but I no longer watch television the morning and late at night, family care is crazy please say TV loud, can someone help to save a family, I would not have to get rid of them Laughing out loud

  Yes, it is garbage.

  I received my blu - ray player from sony 2 years to play 1080 p blu - ray, in addition to having a way to stream netflix and hulu, without having to pay Microsoft the xbox live. last year, netflix has got basically everything on board for captioning and subtitles for the deaf and pleading... but players blu - ray online manufacturers refuse to comply with these changes. Just take a simple update that would allow to use the subtitle flippin button ' on the remote control. fixed a problem. subtitles tracks are there, that the right blu - ray players allow us to access this feature. all it would take is a simple FW update. Why complicate what it is? I can broadcast with subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing on my nook color to shout! When our players connected in a line of blu - ray will get SDH?

  so now every month, I need to create a new xbox live acct so I can broadcast free of charge. Give me a break.

  I've recently updated several broadcasts in my house from V1 to V2 in the hope of resolving a constant jumping and abandonment problem I always had when playing music with Airplay.  I have a unit of airtime plugged directly on my stereo receiver that feeds music throughout my house.  My WiFi connection is not the problem and there is nothing to cause interference.  Airplay modules are not more than 15 feet distance modem or range Extenders.  Someone else has this problem and, hopefully, a solution?   I'm tired of doing factory reset all the time.  Many thanks for any advice.

  When steaming audio with AirPlay, the flow goes first to the device host to iTunes to the router Wi - Fi, this unit is connected to. From there, he will travel to the AirPlay "speaker".   I m wondering really that your computer laptop doesn t work properly with video applications. Friend of me has the same laptop and it often use video applications like Skype, Youtube, etc. Also, he'd watch DVD and blu - ray but no problems at all.
  It uses the version preinstalled Windows from Toshiba and everything is ok.

  In your case I would ask again authorized service provider what they can do for you. I mean if many parts have been replaced already there must be a solution to your problem and if it of a hardware related problem, you can do anything and you need professional help.

  Perhaps the ASP can get in touch with Toshiba directly or else just talk a bit with them, I m sure that the problem could be solved.

  Sorry that I can't say more, but the A660 from my friend is the perfect job.

  Any installation or advice I can do would help. When show us films in different rooms at the same time we drop our connections netflix or vudu. Can I turn on or off all the settings on my router that would help. I love this router have 35 Mbit/s on the internet high speed, so I don't think that's the problem. Range from 35 to 45 Mbps all the time. I don't know how to access my router settings and navigate so just need help on where to go and what to change if I can. You can help if you can.   Yes, there's a 1.0.01 and 1.0.02.  If you use the media server, apparently 1.0.01 is a better bet.  I do not use the media server and 1.0.02 works well for me.
