So as the new Firefox just erased all my data, any suggestion until I leave Firefox for good?
So I login and Firefox gives me 2 options.
Refresh my firefox or go to safe mode to Firefox. I chose refresh my Firefox and he returned to normal. All my tabs are safe and other things. Then I closed my Firefox because I was a little late. Once I opened Firefox upward, he asked me if I wanted to use dev-edition or dev-246462. something like that. I don't know what is the number, but he asked me to use one of the two options or Firefox does not start. I tried just close out of these options, but he immediately closed Firefox after that. So I chose dev-edition and now all my data including my saved favorites are deleted. Any suggestions for this recover before I leave Firefox for good?
Never mind. It seems that the problem was simply the profile. I left out of the profile and then chose the latter option and my Firefox is returned to normal. All my saved tabs, bookmarks, history, etc are all there yet.

Yes, problem that no one could delete all the data that has been synchronized with the new Firefox account services.
I disconnected all my devices (old) firefox sync previous system (which worked perfectly on multiple devices), after that I spent in link https://account.services.mozilla.com/ and remove all my sensitive data.
After that I created firefox account in the new firefox sync system ( https://accounts.firefox.com ) and all my data (bookmarks, exactly) now present in browser twice.HI absolyte,.
You can erase all the data by removing the account. When you configure the device you can uncheck bookmarks on the initial synchronization and management of office accounts option. -
My work website, Sherlink.com, was compatible with the old Firefox. I could watch my email, read reports, etc. Now with the new Firefox, I can't do it all. How to return to the old version of Firefox?

I get a pop up asking me to upgrade to the new Firefox, but then I get a notice that the upgrade will not work with Symantec, my Norton account that protects my machine of various things on the Internet. I just won't do that. He must either find a way to do the upgrade works with Symantec, or buy some other, equal protection for me.
Firefox is not disable the entire program Synmantec, just the Symnantec of extensions for Firefox. And these extensions can be easily updated to the new version of Firefox by running a Symantec / Norton Live Update, the new version of Firefox is installed.

Obsolete computer will not support the new Firefox.
I have a Mac OS X Version 10.4.11. I just downloaded the latest Firefox and when asked "Do you really want to delete the existing file" (IE an older version of Firefox), I clicked on Yes. But when I tried to open the new Firefox, I got a message saying that my computer it won't support. Is there a way I can get my computer to open the new version, or even download the old version?
Firefox 4 and later requires at least OS X 10.5 and a Mac with an Intel processor.
You can find the latest version of Firefox 3.6.x in all languages and for all systems operating here:

I don't have the new Firefox button
I've updated our pc XP to Firefox and I don't have the new Firefox button - I still have the old file - menu Edit etc at the top. The tabs etc. have all changed - it's just the button which has not appeared.
My husband has another XP user on the same pc, and it doesn't have the button again, oddly enough (since, presumably, we are both running the same software!).The Firefox button is only a default feature for Windows Vista and 7. To make the button Firefox on Windows XP, go to:
View > toolbars and UNCHECK the menu bar. Then the Firefox button should appear. Please read this article for more details:

I have improved the previous version of firefox to the new firefox v.4 and now all the shortcut icons I used with the previous version display a pop-up dialog box that says that windows does not find this website, check the spelling - address - etc. But immediately after this window opens the Web site loads. I tried to load the original site, delete the old shortcut and drag the new shortcut to my desktop, but Firefox always gives me the same message.

I recently updated my PC and my old hard drive in system is placed as a slave in my new PC. Seen key3 and signons.sqlite key3.db files of the old firefox, how to import passwords saved in the new firefox 41.0?
Thank you.
How old was the older Firefox? Firefox 33 and then use this pair of files:
- logins. JSON -. saved passwords.
- signons3.txt - this file stores your database key for your passwords.
If you want to move the old in your current profile (to replace new empty files for the most part), this is the fastest way to open your folder of the currently active profile. Either:
- button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
- (menu bar) Help > troubleshooting information
- type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter
In the first table of the page, click on the view file"" button. This should launch a new window that lists the various files and folders in Windows Explorer.
Leave this window open, switch back to Firefox and output, either:
- "3-bar" menu button > button "power".
- (menu bar) File > Exit
Pause while Firefox finishing its cleanup, then rename logins.json to something like logins.old and key3db to something like key3.old.
Now copy the old two files in this folder.
Launch Firefox back up again. These connections are available?
