So angry at what became Adobe. No option for not autorenew my account - try to cancel after the first billing on my account showed. Now trying to charge me a cancellation fee. The new version of Captivate crashes constantly on my computer. Each. Time. Crash. A customer for a long time, but bitterly disappointed in the new version of Captivate and shady practice of renewal.

  • Damaged files Adobe Muse site and cannot be opened

    I designed my first site on Adobe Muse.

    However, when I tried to open the file to continue designing, a message popped up saying "damaged files Adobe Muse site and cannot be opened.

    I read the previous discussions on the same issue:

    -The file is stored on my mac, not synchronized Dropbox or any other software.

    -I have not yet published the site.

    -My machine did however turn off due to load shedding while the application of the Muse was open (but not the file). Would this have something to do with it?

    Is it possible to recover the site?

    I have Premiere Pro cc 2014 on my lap top and just downloaded the cloud and the latest version of first, which is the first cc pro 2014 and I immediately noticed a different welcome to the search menu, and I got a warning saying "this project has been saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannot be opened in this version".

    Is this a problem with my operating system?

    Adobe has changed the format of project in point 8.1, you will want to make sure first is the same version as your other machine or newer. the current is 8.2 you can update the adobe creative cloud app or first Interior, updated.

    In the PDF file, click View > Navigation panel > Pages

    I had to reset panels to view the Pages again.

  • Huge problem with Adobe software files and PDF

    My operating system is Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 3 installed.  Everything worked perfectly until about 2 weeks ago. I have Windows and Adobe configured to perform automatic updates whenever they are available.  I don't know what Adobe update has been installed, but immediately after it installed, I couldn't open any PDF file without my computer crashing.  Also, whenever I try to start Adobe Acrobat Pro or Photoshop, my computer suddenly also breaks down.  I tried to uninstall Acrobat Pro, but when I tried it also caused my computer down!  So now that I can't even uninstall my Adobe software!

    Works perfectly all my Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).  My browser (IE) works very well.  Why are my packages of software Adobe and PDF files the only things that does not?  And why can't I even uninstall this?  I looked to see if I had any Acrobat Reader installed (free), but Windows does not list something like that in the list of installed programs.  It just shows that Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Flash and a few other Adobe programs are installed.

    I've always used McAfee antivirus software and have never had any problem of virus.  I don't think that it is a virus, because I can open my PDF files on other computers with no problems.  If the files themselves are not affected.

    How I can solve this terrible problem, and how can I prevent it happening again?

    I've also was getting BSOD (& hardware failure) after the 9.5.2 updated. It would crash everytime I tried to print to PDF and when I tried to repair Acrobat. He also crashed a few times randomly. After two long days, I found the problem. I had somehow rootkit virus. After running Anti - rootkit TDSSKiller from Kapersky Utility, remove infected files and reboot, I have more no BSOD. Try this first, it of free and you can save many hours of troubleshooting.

    If you use an Acrobat XI subscription, then you are eligible to use an upgrade to Acrobat DC without paying any extra.

    You can install and activate your subscription DC Acrobat using the same Adobe ID credentials and access to your PDF documents.

    Once you have signed up, you sign in to your Adobe account, download the Cloud app then download the software.

    I recently installed a new version of Adobe creative suite 4, just like a trial non-registered, but I found that my computer could not manage the programs and began to plant any time, I tried to create a pdf file.

    So I uninstalled only on the part of the package, Acrobat, hoping that I would still be able to use my old 5 from Adobe as a Pdf from Autodesk CAD.

    But now that I uninstalled it, I still can't Pdf. And what is more, my computer is no longer automatically recognizes 5 Adobe as the default program to open Pdf files, it makes me to select the program from a list.

    Is it possible to fix this? Would be to uninstall and reinstall help? Pdfing from CAD is essential to my work.

    The easiest way is to simply do a repair (Control Panel > Add Remove programs...). For AA5, it will probably appear to change and delete. Select change and you should be able to fix things. If this does not work, then uninstall, delete the folder Acrobat 5 and use the MS. cleanup tool Then, restart and install. Acrobat and Reader are such that if you install several versions, uninstallation of no matter what will most likely break all others - exactly your problem. The problem of the association can be fixed with Windows Explorer, but other things can also be broken that do a repair or reinstall a good idea.
