I used the customization Panel control to enlarge the font size.  I discovered that some boxes, like Adobe Reader Print and function, in effect, the Personaization (to reduce the font size to original size) require a click OK. But the box frame with large font size, is elongated until I can't get the OK.  How to get to the OK or reduce the size of the police without the OK?

  Simply press enter instead of OK.

  Finally, I found the solution:
  (1) If you receive the error "Registry space" low, set the size limit of the registry to "unlimited":

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control

  Key: RegistrySizeLimit

  Type: REG_DWORD

  Value: 0xffffff (4294967295)

  (2) restart

  (3) as administrator, open a command prompt and run "SFC/scannow". The command should complete successfully and when errors have been detected, they should be corrected.

• Save as dialog box is empty after the document scanning

  After the digitization of documents, when I go to the file menu and save, the dialog box is empty.  It was only intermittent, now it's all the time.

  Please try to uncheck the "Show when saving files from online storage" option in the Edit menu > Preferences > General.

  Click OK at the bottom to save the settings and then try to save the file.

• All the fonts in dialog boxes are TOO big in Acrobat XI?

  My dialog box fonts and layouts have become crazy.  It is similar to other issues of 2014 but here is what I tried:

  (1) No, I can't read the preferences Menu to change the resolution to scale.  I was tabbing and guess, but it does not help.

  (2) Yes, I have at least two fonts Segoe UI installed.

  (3) Yes, I 'fixed' and restarted several times, but no, I have not reinstalled.

  (4) I noticed that if I change the resolution of the screen, the problem is that slightly better IE dialog boxes are arranged correctly, but there is no text.

  (5) the only thing that remains is re - install, but if it is a mistake to system fonts, then what good what would you?

  (6) I have the most recent update.

  I have Win 7 Pro, 64-bit

  FINALLY!  Yes the Segoe fonts are corrupt, as other posts have indicated.  Do NOT buy those from Microsoft.  Go to another Windows 7, 8 or 10 and copy all of the Segoe fonts.  It's probably the Segoe UI symbol protected police that causes the problem.

• Buttons on the dialog and prompt boxes are empty and nothing happens when I click on them.

  Whenever a dialog box or a dialog box appears, all the buttons, or sometimes just the low two (OK and cancel) are empty and nothing happens when I click on them, with the exception of a Web site in which clicking on the white button who normally says 'OK' takes me to a white screen. • When you use my laptop remotely, some dialog boxes are not completely.

  I use my HP 12 FrameMaker running ZBook. I put my default monitor. FrameMaker does not display completely all the dialog boxes. Most of the pods is finished, but some are lack of buttons completely or only show buttons partial. When the buttons are missing, sometimes you can use the Enter key to OK, sometimes not. An example of what I see is attached.

  It seems that your system font settings is set to a higher value (150%?). Try changing this to a lower value. Some of the pods and FM Windows are fixed size, so that they don't grow to accept large font settings.

  In recent weeks I have problems with the import LR5.6 window unable to see all the files of importation on removable card, camera, local drive or network drive. If I drag and drop files from Explorer to lightroom opens the import dialog box, but the screen import empty

  License CC 64-bit of Windows 8.

  Problems arose initially after update through CC, but I have since tried

  1. new catalog

  2 reinstall 5.6

  3. Uninstall and go back to 5.4

  All this same problem - now reinstalled 5.6 without success and do not think it was a problem to update.

  I'm not aware of any LR option that limits the types of files in the import dialog box

  I'm not aware of other changes I made which changes file etc. - associations there was some automatic updates of windows.

  There is no problem viewing / opening files with Explorer windows or photoshop etc and all of the images currently in my catalog are thin and editable in LR - it's just the import dialog which is empty

  It does not help with workflow!

  Any ideas would be great

  As in the article below, you need to update your Lightroom to the latest version and in your case, you have already done this.

  Did you update to 8.1 Win? If this is not the case, install the update 8.1 Win and try the same.

• I can't navigate and select with the mouse in some ID dialog boxes

  I recently installed ID CC 9.1X64 on a PC running Windows 7 Professional with SP1.

  The application seems to work OK in regard to most but when some dialog boxes (for example Options of cell Style) pop up I cannot select items or navigate around the area by clicking with the mouse. I have to use the tab and return keys, which is awkward and done things, such as the definition of the outline styles, almost impossible.

  Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I had something similar with another application.

• Print dialog box appears empty

  I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) DC and Adobre Acrobat X Pro (with license).

  On two cases that I can't print because when I click on the print dialog box icon goes empty. It reads as follows:

  On Adobe Acrobat X Pro, when I click on "print test page" on PDF printer (automatically installed since Acrobat X Pro), it is printed correctly. The problem is the display of the print dialog box.

  I uninstalled and installed several times.

  Please, tell me what can I do to display the dialog correctly printer in order to print my PDF files.

  This has to do with the evolution of the size of the font of default to something more general. Here's what mine looks like if I text size in the Middle:

• images dialog box is empty when you insert the memory card

  This is after you have inserted a card high capacity in the player, which hung the memory slot.  Now just insert a regular memory card, the dialog box appears, but there is nothing in it.

  FWIW... There used a similar problem with a Sony memory
  Stick... the solution is to insert the stick into the drive and
  Restart the computer... somehow this would reset the
  stick.  I don't know if it will work for you.

  You may also check your AutoPlay settings...
  If you insert the card and go to... Start / my computer...
  and right-click on the drive letter for the location of in the map is...
  choose... Properties / AutoPlay tab...

  Choose... Mixed content...
  Tick... Select an action to perform
  On the left, click on the default button / apply / OK.

  Give it a try...

  It is possible that your media player is not compatible
  with the SDHC technology. The best is maybe to buy
  an external drive that is compatible SDHC or download
  Unit photo using a USB cable.

  Regarding the card... have regular SD, you tried to manually
  Download the pictures?

  If you connect the device to your PC via a USB cable, turn
  on the camera... then go to... Start / my computer... it may be
  listed as a drive letter...

  If_yes_right click on the drive letter and select... Explorer or
  Open... This should display the directory of the memory card.
  You can copy and paste or drag and drop the files from there to a
  folder on your hard drive.

  (The same steps work if you have a media player...
  When you go to... Start / computer... the media slots
  Drive should be listed under... "Removable disk" with a drive
  letter.)

  Since the last update InDesign 2015 (for Windows, version 11.1.0.122 x 64 build) options in dialog windows are abbreviated with 3 points.

  For example: in the dialog "Merge data" > 'Export to PDF', which is supposed to be "All Records" is abbreviated to "Rec all..." See screenshot.

  Is it possible to disable these abbreviations?
