There are a few reports that a replacement of the motherboard fixed the problem and the other that the relocation of a certain connector (no mention of exaclly one that) solves the problem. Direct contact with the manufacturer of the laptop computer, Dell or HP wether, might be useful. Try a follow-up if you have already made contact.

Please, click on start-> Control Panel, double-click network connections, right-click on the wireless adapter and select Properties.   I use Acrobat DC 2015 on a laptop running Windows 10. I'm not able to see, or scroll to the bottom of the dialog boxes, for example the "Add Watermark" dialog box. There is no option to scroll (no scroll bar), or to resize or move the dialog box. Is this a known problem, and is there a resolution/workaround? Thank you.

  The setting of maximum recommended resolution on this laptop is 1280 x 720, and a message/alert appears in the dialog box of resolution screen that 'your resolution is less than 1024 x 720' Some elements could not fit and apps could not open. "So, I wonder if this is the cause of the problem.

  I check into getting a 2nd monitor connected to see if that will help solve the problem.
