I have an iMAC. Some mail goes in junk mail, which should not be undesirable. How can I fix this?

my iphone 6 is unable to make or receive phone calls, it just freezes how can I fix this problem?

I had the first Premium CS5 Edition download demo where I started getting this error message. I uninstalled the trial version and installed the CS5, I just got a week and a half. If you are under Windows, something on your system is responsible for QuickTime, and the installation is corrupted. Reinstall iTunes or QuickTime should help him.

None of my function keys (F1 - F12) works with the exception of the ESC key. They worked fine yesterday, but now they do not have.

I tried to remove and then reinstall the application but the application did not and the app store think that I always opened it. How can I fix this or return to the previous edition that worked?
