  You should run Disk Cleanup in each user account. Do not try to shut it down or change user when defragmentation; system files may be damaged. • IMac is not able to share multimedia files with multiple users on the same computer.

  We just bought a new IMac that we were very excited.  We have phones Apple and iPads, replacement and ten year with a new Mac old PC made since.

For more than ten years Windows had several usernames on the same machine and have been able to have a shared folder only for music, pictures and video that my iTunes program and others could acsess and share from several user names. This kept all in one place for new photos families by me or my wife and our 30 gigabytes of music that comes from our CDs was available at bolt of us. Now in train to implement on IMac should be easy but is impossible.  after transferring the music to my login information, it cannot acsess all files on my login. I am not even able to share or provide his acsess. I can move the iTunes folder to my shared folder. She can get acsess now but iTunes says that the library file is locked. I worked with care from Apple on the phone for that sold, but they believe it will not be possible without creating two copies of the 30 gigabytes of music for each of us. who would take more hard drive when it failed too.  Sharing is not any help. Home sharing cannot help this. your applications should be able to be told to use the media files shared without import copies to readers of the user. I am very disappointed. Someone else has any ideas for that?  I have pictures, not iPhoto. I have a week more to be able to return it. I'm not interested in making a fake account that is always connected to share or maintaining of me constantly connected. It should have been easy, I had to be happy to play with new software.

  OK, so we have a record of product recovery and we have tried to reinstall Windows, but it wouldn't work. Some of our programs as the built-in webcam and Bluetooth don't work without reason. Other programs like Google Earth and AVG, antivirus, we cannot get out of our system. I installed the laptop with the recovery disk, but now when I put this drive and I try to reinstall Windows, nothing happens. There is no error message or anything. All the programs that I installed in my notebook, I can't delete. For example Google Earth, & AVG antivirus program. I get a message that says that these programs are already deleted, but they are always in my book. My 80 GB of disk c is almost full and I have no idea what occupies this space. All my music and photos etc are on my E drive.

  Had the same problem (and message) with Cyberlink Media Show on Windows10 on a Satellite P50t - a. Tried to find PowerDirector Touch 1 with the intention to delete, but could not find. Did not find any other mention of this problem on the forum!

• Acrobat will not work after CS5 moved to the new computer

  I moved my CS5 Suite, as well as the rest of my info to a new MacBook Pro, OS 10.10.4 using SuperDuper.  Photoshop, Illustrator worked immediately.  But for some reason, when I tried to launch Acrobat 9 Pro, I got an error saying that it had been installed as part of a suite and that I should launch Photoshop or another program to activate Acrobat.  I tried that several times, using PS or Illustrator, but no luck.  Has continued to get the same dialog box.

  I went to Adobe cat, and the person told me delete the Cache.db file, and then try again.  This does not work while he had me uninstall Acrobat. Given that new MacBook Pro do not have a hard drive, I copied the Acrobat disk to a flash using a laptop drive older, then that allows to install on the new machine.  Now, when I try to launch Acrobat, I get a dialog box saying "license for this product has stopped working. You cannot use this product at this time.
