Some video sources are incorrect

YouTube and the vines are the players only media whose hue is correct; in others, it appears as if the tint is incorrect and all those are blue.
These are places like;
Tumblr video player
Vimeo
VLC Media Player
UTorrent streaming service
I tried to change the color of my graphics or to update, but it does not help that only the hue of my video is correct, everything is dyed suddenly incorrect (as would a sense)
I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, the version of the driver is 334.67 and I have the latest version of flash. I have not tried the integrated graphics card and if it's the only way I won't have to run only from integrated graphics, just so that my people are not blue.
Windows 7 Home Edition Professional
I guess I can just temporarily change the hue, but that isn't really a good option for me, would have preferred a permanent solution.
I saw a number of things on the various forums online telling me to change the directories of the flash library files, but it's for ubuntu, so I don't know if it works. I also saw someone say to change the hue for this specific program (which I can't Vimeo and UTorrent) and another one said to disable hardware acceleration, but I can't get on all services, but YouTube, where I don't even have the question.
How can I remedy this?

Hi, I had a problem similar but with youtube. My problem was with my NVIDIA driver. My youtube videos had a pink HUE instead of red, so I did a little research and I found that the current driver (344.75) caused a lot of problems and defects. I disabled it and my COLOR back to normal. I hope that this help somehow and sorry if it does not solve your problem.

P.S

If you have NVIDIA, wait until a newer driver comes out with corrections.

  • Icons of file type for the .docx files are incorrect

I started with a version of Microsoft Excel and Word Starter on my computer, but once I started University, I had to install a trial version of Office Professional. Since I installed the trial version and then uninstalled the starter version, my icons of file type for the .docx files resemble white pieces of paper. However, all other types of files shows an icon of Microsoft Word, such as for example .rtf files. Only the .docx icons are incorrect on the hard drive of the computer and to a flash drive I carry school (icons are correct on the flash drive on the school computers).

I noticed several instances of this question which arises and have tried the following:

    (1) I gone through Control Panel and repair of Microsoft Office Professional 2010 (and restarted the computer).
    (2) I tried to check the default program for the .docx file type and he was placed to Microsoft Word. I have reset WordPad and return to the floor, but that did not always help.
    (3) I tried the command refresh of Cache icon through the Run dialog box.
    4) went through the registry to check the icon for docxfiletype, but my problem with this is that the icon for Microsoft Word is not a default system icon.
I don't know what else I could try to fix this and I really should leave him alone because my files opens properly, but I think it's very boring and for some reason any he just in general that bothers me.

  • 25xi Pavilion: Pavilion 25xi cannot find video sources! Help!

My monitor of 25xi Pavilion serves me for almost a year now, but rather all at once, a serious issue was raised.

I was helping a friend fix a few problems with his HP 2511 x, being understood that we had similar monitors, and I had exchanged with his computer monitors. My flag has acted very well on my friends computer, whereas he knew that his monitor is having problems. But when it came time to return my monitor on his computer that deserves it, it now seems to be stuck searching through video signals before settling on the mode finially 'sleep'. My monitor worked perfectly previously.

After some tests, I noticed that when it is plugged into HDMI and VGA, the monitor seems to linger to seconds about 2 or more before moving on. I could not reset to factory settings because the monitor needs to find a source before doing so. Although, I have reset the screen using my friend's computer.

My monitor had been not a single scratch since I bought it, and all ports appear to be functional, clean and intact. Strangely, no signal at all can seem to get to my monitor at the moment.

    any help would be appreciated!

When video files are imported into Freemake,

  • network file names are incorrect

I know this isn't a new problem, but it's one that I just found playing with my network. What I see, it's incorrect file names when I discover a directory of files on another system.

My network consists of three computers: (1) a laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium 64 - bit edition with service pack 2; (2) a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit edition with service pack 1; and (3) a desktop computer running Windows XP Home Edition 32 - bit edition with service pack 3. The two laptops are connected to the network via a wireless connection and the desktop computer is connected via a wired Ethernet connection. All systems are up to date, as of the writing of this message (05/04/2011).

Incorrect file names appear between two laptops, while the XP system sees the correct file names.

To be explicit, let's say I'm on portable 2 and I open the directory Public/Public/Sample image images on laptop 1. the file names of the images I see are incorrect. For example, one of the images is named "Chrysanthemum" but when I open the image I see "stream". Now, the actual image on laptop 1 is called "Creek", but it was misnamed in the directory listing as "Chrysanthemum". So what I actually see what's actually on the laptop 1, but it has the wrong name. Now, this is where it gets weird: the wrong file name, in this case "Chrysanthemum", is actually the name of an image on laptop 2.

This behavior is reflected when I'm on portable 1 and I opened the users/Public/Public/Sample image images on laptop 2. In this case, one of the images is named 'Toco Toucan' but when I open the image I see "Medusa". Now, the actual image on laptop 2 is named "Jellyfish", but it was poorly named in the list as "Toco Toucan" of directories. And once again, in this case 'Toco Toucan' is the name of an image on laptop 1.

The designation of bad is a bit random. In other words, some pictures are named incorrectly, and some are named correctly.

Interestingly, if I find the directories of portable 1 and 2 computers in the XP system, I see the correct file names. And vice versa, if I find the directory from the desktop to a laptop, I see the correct file names. So, the problem seems to be unique for transactions between Windows Vista and Windows 7 systems.

If I create a shortcut of the file name of the image, the properties of the shortcut will reveal the name of the file to the real destination. For example, if I create a shortcut of the Toco Toucan, the properties of the shortcut display \\laptop 2\Users\Public\Pictures\Sample Pictures\Jellyfish.jpg.

Looking for some references to this problem on the Internet has been very difficult due to the complexity of the problem, but I could find only one reference which seems to describe the problem, it is however an old reference (April 8, 2007): http://www.eggheadcafe.com/software/aspnet/29691878/incorrect-filenames.aspx

There are indeed from the Thumbs.db files in those directories, however, their removal does not correct the problem.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Y at - it a fix for the problem? I can't believe that this problem has not been resolved by Microsoft.

    HI naderskhan,

The problem occurs only with certain folders or all folders?

Perform these steps and check if it solves the problem:

    Step 1:

I suggest to create a new user account and check if it makes a difference.

Refer to this link for help:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/create-a-user-account

If it solves the problem, you can fix the damaged user profile.

    See this link:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

    Step 2:

Perform a clean boot to verify if a third-party program or service is the cause of the problem.

Refer to this article for more information:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
     http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Steps to perform a clean boot:
