  If you open the preferences system - Print & Scan, the printer has a host name in brackets behind the name of the printer (for example: HP Photosmart 6510 all-in-one [G53D42])?

  If this isn't the case, then the printer in the print queue is for a USB connection, and all what you need to do is:
  1 remove the inscription of the USB
  2. click on the '+' to the bottom of the list (the white box where the printer was included)
  3. find your 6510 (connection type should be Hello)
  4. Click to select your printer, and then click Add.

  Given that you have plugged in USB and downloaded the drivers, you must have the latest drivers - but just to be sure, it would not hurt to run the software update and check and updates of HP driver Bundle (the last being 2.8).

  Log in to the router to make sure it has the latest firmware.

  If this does not work, uninstall the HP software (using the uninstall program in the HP folder), restart your PC, then download and install the latest software for your printer from the "Support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

  I just bought the J4680 and'm running on Vista.  I had a devil of a time of implementation, but finally got the printer works wirelessly.  I do not see so he can work wireless to scan, I have to plug the USB to make and the quality is poor.  Did I miss something in the documentation or can't scan for wireless?

• I can't get the scan to work on my C5280 with Windows 8 64-bit.

  I can't scan feature on my C5280 at work.  Have a 64-bit Windows 8 program.  Can get the printer works fine and when I uninstall and then reinstall the software can get first scan to work properly.  However when I try to scan another document, it gets stuck it to halfway through the analysis and freezes.  Must use the Task Manager to close up since the locks.  I have followed all the help, used every tool and prevents the problem from happening again.

  OK, if you can not browse paint then you are not having a software problem, that seems to be a hardware problem.

  How long is the Flash DRIVE that you use?

  Have you tried to use another USB cord?  Sometimes you can print very well and still have problems with the functionality of analysis according to the length of the string.

What I did after that was I have activated the service autoconfic wwan and wlan autoconfiguration service. Has nothing. According to what I've done, I went to control panel and pass to solve my adapeter wireless even if it has been enabled and connected. Then I went in my device manager and tried to update the drivers on my adapter wireless by uninstalling it and then put it back. Then I noticed that teredo tunneling Pseudo-Interface was defective. I went to check and saw that he cound not start and had an error code 10: cound device does not start. I went to google and learned how to turn it off, and I did. After that he appeared more in the Device Manager which is ok because I thought that it would fix the internet. He did not.before all this I did a before a "critical update" windows system restore but that also did not help. I started running out of options. Please help me.

  It seems to me, of course, that your wireless network card is toast, no matter what that says Device Manager.  However...

  I didn't ask and you don't mention what you use a wireless router.  Is it possible that the router configuration has changed to the Wireless-N only, Wireless-B only, or some other setting with no Wireless-G?

  Indeed, is it possible that your wireless router has its section wireless disabled or broken?  Do you have any other wireless device that you can use to determine if the router is working OK?  If possible, test with a device near your desktop (it sounds as if your router is at some distance away).

  Similarly, for Windows 7, Windows Defender is an anti-spyware program and not an antivirus (Microsoft makes things very confusing by reusing the same names for different products).

  If these two are security programs only you, your system is vulnerable, and you must install a real antivirus program.  Free offer of Microsoft - Windows 7 - is Microsoft Security Essentials.

  For now, I suggest that you run the ESET Online Scanner (free), but I don't think that malware is the cause of your Wi - Fi connection problem.

  I doubt that D-Link updated its Wireless Configuration Utility for Windows 7, but if that was the case and that you use it, disable or uninstall (check Control Panel > programs and features).

  When I installed 12 PSE on my Mac I found that the scanner does not work. After much searching I found a lady who discovered that you will need to drag the two files to a different location. Everything worked well. So Adobe has announced an update and it did not work. After a search even more, I discovered that changes very, I did to get scanning to work also disabled the auto update. So unfortunately, I've rearranged files the way they were and the update worked well.

  Then of course, I couldn't analyze more. I have a workaround: use PSE 6 whenever I want to scan, save the file, then open in PSE 12.

  Now if it was software open source I just laugh and click on my tongue and move. However, I paid $ voucher for PSE 12 and I expect that it works "out of the box.

  I obviously can't move the two files again to where they were and whenever there is an update I could reorganize, update, reorder, but seriously, there not a way to solve this problem permanently?

  It's interesting. I certainly feel like the upgrade to version 13! (in addition to being an unlucky number, I can't believe they let this issue in PES 12 without fix it) However, I do recommend Barbara and the option drag this time.   Catherine, looks that you encounter some problems scanning on your computer. To start have you tried completely removing the softwware and put it back in place for drivers on the HP site downloads? Here's how I'd do...

  First of all, if you use a USB cable, be sure to remove it (it's important). Do not plug it in again until the software instructs you. Through devices and printers, programs and features and issues Device Manager and make sure that all copies, files, and programs related to the printer are removed.
