  See the different topics here in the forum and you will find many answers why drivers are not updated as the original manufacturer's graphics card drivers.

  I think you re a newbie laptop. Laptop graphics cards are not same with graphics cards that are designed for the desktop!
  The same problem with the drivers! Drivers for laptop graphics cards are specially designed for the use of the laptop because of this feature. Laptop graphics cards have no own cool system and is why the pilots controls the temperature of production.
  If the temperature rises to the critical level driver degrades performance of the card.

  It is a simple fact. Also Toshiba develops many new laptops with different graphics cards, but many laptop series uses the same graphics card. In this case, you can check the different books with the same graphics card and check the drivers.

  I've also read that some people use the omega drivers but be aware that this pilot doesn't control the temperature of the graphics card and if you will so use it olnly you own risk!

• Tecra M9-136 - BSOD during Vista SP2 update

  Tecra M9-136 asked this morning to upgrade to the Vista SP2 and in the process the BSOD 0x0000007E arrived. Restarted in Mode safe and continuous Setup and then finally reported that the update failed - and came back to SP1. It took most of the morning.

  It will start in Safe Mode, but on a start normal, Vista SP1 gets through fingerprint recognition and then fails with the same BSOD (there is regarding the display of the desktop).

  The laptop has BIOS 1.80 level. I tried in safe mode to install 1.90 but he told me that the battery has insufficient charge and the AC adapter is not attached. Both wrong.

  Stuck - need advice. Could this be a hard failure? Can't see how I can update whatever it is if it's a soft fault.

  Have you tried to make back the OS to an earlier time before the SP2 installation started?
  You can do it in safe mode.

  Do you mean that you have a Toshiba Recovery disk?

  If Yes, then it's like you said; put the recovery disk in the CD/DVD drive to start this disc and during the procedure, you will be asked which version you want to choose.
  Then choose 32-bit that s it ;)

  This isn't really a problem of Microsoft.  Java is Sun Microsystems.  You must have installed on your PC Java runtime environment.  You can disable Java updates in the Panel with the Java applet.  You should not see a daily update, but the updates to Java to get out with some regularity.  In general, Sun Releases Java update when the vulnerabiliites discovered oi the JRE.   I just want to know how to get the "button new tab" displayed on the tab bar.

  Try this:

  View > toolbars > customize

  and see if the 'New tab' button is there. If this is the case, make it slide and put it anywhere you want.

  I didn t find also all the details or more information about the new release on the page of the Toshiba driver dates.

  So if you want you can visit the Toshiba driver page at any time and can watch you of new versions

  Have you tried the driver from the ATI driver page?

  Usually such driver may be installed via the Device Manager.
  Choose the graphics card, select the Advanced Setup, this would help you to force the Win OS to select the downloaded driver.
  This should work but notes; the page ATI driver doesn't support protection against overheating. So, this could lead to a higher temperature of GPU

  It is not yet certified but we'll probably focus on 11g for certification (as 10g support ends Dec 2011) - we've already found a few bugs with the 11g certification (but someone on the forum tried it and got, it works to a certain extent, chances are)

  Hi all.  Would appreciate any help.  Have traveled to Mongolia for two weeks without no cell reception or get SMS or voice messages.  A few days before I let my phone iPhone 6s got soaked in water and dies (taking pictures.)  I'm home now and got a new phone but when I activated, I don't see not all messages for 2 weeks I was out of cell phone/wifi reception.  (For obvious reasons, I have not all iCloud since backups.)  It was my birthday while I was away, so I'm especially sad to have lost all messages (I hope and I guess) people sent me.  Sprint said they can't help, they say the messages would have disclosed to the top when I activated my new phone.  Any ideas or work around how I could find these messages?  They must be SOMEWHERE they were sent but never delivered because my phone has never been online.  Thanks a lot for all ideas.

  I have a Tecra M3 PTM30E 09X01LEN and am trying to upgrade the memory - addition to the 512 MB, it came with.

  I bought an upgrade memory of 1 GB Toshiba - PC2-4300 DDR2-553 and tried to install it in the housing B (leaving the original card where he was). As far as I know I've followed the instructions in the manual (which is pretty poor, since it is just of the drawings), but the new memory is not recognized.

  Strange but perhaps your new RAM module is defective or the second memory location.

  Have you tried the new memory module in the first place?
  What happens if you put the original 512 MB module in the second slot? The module is recognized?
