  Not really--and this is not really surprising that this does not work in all cases. in fact, it is quite surprising that it works at all, in many ways.   I guess this will be installed automatically by Microsoft.
  It s called McAfee Security Scan Plus.
  I updated the OS to the window, and this appeared on my laptop as well.
  You can uninstall it if you want, but I wouldn't recommend it because it was such good protection to new malware and spy from the internet.

  But if you want to remove it, then you can find the uninstall exe in all programs-> McAfee Security Scan Plus-> uninstall

  I had luck with color change in Premiere Pro, as mention above:

  Go to the effects pane > Video Effects > Color Correction > change the color and apply the effect to change the color of your clip.

  Use the Eyedropper to select the color in the picture to change, using tolerance and softness to help choose the color.
