  Follow the steps below and check if that helps you solve the problem with Windows Media Player.

  You can try to clear the database of Windows Media Player and check if it helps to load the music into the library and if you can play all the songs.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  Step 1

  1. exit Windows Media Player.

  2. for Windows 7: click Start, click Run, type Player, %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media , andclicknext OK.

  3. Select all the files in the folder, and then click delete on the file menu.

  Note you don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

  4. restart Windows Media Player.

  Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

   

  Step 2

   

  If this does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Playercache of database files. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. exit Windows Media Player.

  2. If you are running Windows 7, click Start, click Run, type % LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft, , andclicknext OK.

  3 select the folder Media Player, and then click delete on the file menu.

  Also note before performing the steps above, I suggest to save the songs and try the steps above.

• When did Apple will fix the function "Skip when mixing?

  This feature was broken several updates there.  Apple seems to know the subject, but has yet to be set.  Songs that are marked "Skip when shuffling" in their options are still to come during a general shuffle songs.  It's used to work wonderfully up until they "updated" iTunes.  Why have an accessible feature that does not work yet?  I really like Apple to fix this in the next update.

• Songs will not play, and the files do not exist

  I got a Sansa Fuze 4 GB player in December, and had absolutely no problems with it until about a month. Some of my songs missing out of the folder of music, songs worked, others would be would be somehow in different folders that I did not place them initially. After what happened, I reformatted the player a couple of times, added a few new songs and he played very well for about a week. Then he stopped playing all the songs on it and would just skip through the tracks.

  I had the USB mode in Auto Detect all this time, and I guess that it would automatically pick of the PSG. Whenever I press pause/play as it jumps through songs, the player crashes.  I tried to update the firmware, it did nothing. When I open the folder player in MTP mode and open the press kit, all the folders in it have been duplicated (two 'music', two 'albums', ect...) and but only the files, not the content within them. I deleted ALL this in MTP mode and have since shown no upward. In the file data, both files have been duplicated, and I just deleted the extra pair.

  With the removal of all files, I deleted all the mp3 tracks, but the player still thinks that the files are there. When I checked the player in MSC mode, the files were empty.

  The radio works, it is the only audio running on this player at the moment. File on my music files formats are fine, and I never got a pink bubble telling me that the files are corrupt. I've been reviewing the forums here and I was not able to find a simular like this problem. I'm completely at a loss.

  Try the drive in the settings menu of formatting.  He will wipe away any old files/directories that may be damaged.

• Songs skipping on Sansa Fuze

  Help! I have problems with songs skipping on my Sansa Fuze as a scratched CD! They are MP3 format WMA and the two kinds of jump.  Audio books play fine, but not the music.  What can I do to fix this?

  Audio books are probably mono. Try to take my advice and pushing the CAP with a little force. When my rocket again I had this problem until I realized that I had to use a little force to get the plug at bottom.

• whenever something downloads av updates, file, etc... I heard the song 'down, down' playing

• Why are some of the songs on my Shuffle not play then that I connect it by usb to my radio Harley 2014?  The songs are all play with headphones.

  I have about 200 songs on my Shuffle.  When I connect it to my Harley Infortainment system via the usb port, the system only "reads" about 150 of the 200 and will not play the rest.  I completely wipe clean on the Shuffle.  List of new song created around 150 songs.  When I re-connected to the Harley system, the system of 'reading' 109 150.  Still, he would not play the other.

• Can't hear my music on my iMac speakers, when played from iTunes

  All of a sudden (from last week), I'm not able to hear the music I have, when played in iTunes on my iMac (late 2013, using OS X, El Capitan). I did not anything either on my sound system or external speakers at all... and in fact, they work very well with all the other software, websites, and regular sounds. It's just the music from iTunes I can't hear over the speakers. He's playing very well and I can see that visually... just can not hear anything.   The first thing to check is if you have "all sections" selected. Push it + top button on the right, which should show you the section menu. Above that, it should say "all sections".
