  Hi all

  I don't get notifications by e-mail when Adobe release a new version or a run time of the Flash Player, Reader, Shockwave.

  I have the Distribution License that I apply for each year, I signed on the rise with Adobe and put my email in the lists of subscribers, but still don't seem to get anything else than emails with tips on the use of Adobe products.

  I want just an email that says "New runtime environment for Flash Player published v11.5.502.146", etc.

  Your point is well taken about the number of places, that we must look at the updates.

  It would be really cool if there was a centralized place where you could go to get notifications of automatic update for products you administer/care about it was also light enough so that it does not create a scheduling complexity for individual product teams.  I submit this thread around to get a conversation started about how we can improve this experience.

  Just turned on my yoga label 2 pro today and received a new update. I was hoping it would be 5.0 Lollipop but not yet 4.4.2 (who still plays the jellybean mini-game when you click on it for some reason any). Does anyone know if she has any new features or fixes?   Captivate 2 you have no possibility to watch the slide unfold as you to record audio. In Captivate 3, you do.

  To do this, click the Audio > Record and choose either:

  * This slide
  * Project
  * From this slide

  Notice how you see a preview image of the slide above the legend and slide Notes. We had no ability to Captivate 2.

• New update has changed the behavior of the anchor points on the ellipses - frustrating!

  The new update has changed how anchors work on ellipses (at least - maybe other forms, too). It was I had the area around the ellipse and with the selection tool, I could drag the 4 anchors around the ellipse for the shape I wanted. Now anchors on both sides are working this way, but the other two across the entire ellipse! Is there a way to recover the old anchors?

  I also get a lot of weird behavior when copying and the adjustment of the ellipses. Sometimes the bounding box is around the new ellipse in that I paste. I have to go back and forth between the select and direct selection tool, and finally he will come to the top. :-/

  The answer is, they are slowly but surely adding more robust features for 'shape' elements in Illustrator. The difference between a 'form' and just a path in the shape of form, it's that a 'form' is made with a tool of shape as the Ellipse tool or a Rectangle, polygon, etc.

  Or a form can be made to take a path that meets the criteria: for example, a rectangle of any rotation that has 4 points at all the right angles. You can experiment by drawing your own rectangular path and lining up all the points so that your angles and lines are perfectly straight and using the object > shape > convert to the form menu item. However, if you add even one point back to the sides of the rectangle, the form will automatically extend to return to the regular way - which will be exactly the same in terms of the look you see on the screen.

  The difference between paths and shapes is that forms give you additional properties, which you can change using the area at the bottom of the transformation Panel. For rectangles, it's just the corners and the width/height, but for ellipses, it's now this pie thing.

  Anyway, even if I can't find any options to create shapes already developed using the shape tools, you can scale your ellipse using the transform tool manual (E) which dimensionnera the horizontal ellipse, or you can use the object > shape > menu item to expand whenever you make an ellipse. This could be done more quickly by recording an action and assigning a shortcut key, so you can convert out of any shape in a simple path.

  The problem is most likely an attempt to update a system malfunction prior it is probably a problem with your computer, not the El Capitan.

  Start by:

  Reset the PRAM and NVRAM on your Mac.

  MacIntel: Reset of the controller (SMC) system management

  Start in Safe Mode , and then re - start normally. It's slower that a normal start, so be patient.

  If you are unable to start;

  Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

  Please make sure that you back up.

  1. Restart the computer. Immediately after that the chime hold down the command and R until the Utility Menu appears.
  2. Select disk utility, then click on the continue button.
  3. Select the withdrawal (usually Macintosh HD) entry of the volume in the list aside.
  4. Click first aid icon in the toolbar. Wait until the button is active, then click it.
  5. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
  6. Select Reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  If this doesn't get you;

  Install Yosemite or El Capitan, from scratch

  Backup if possible before proceeding.

  Some of the new features on Firefox 4 will be available only on newer versions of Windows, because they rely on the operating system features that are not present in Windows XP.   You can run the latest version of iTunes for your version of Windows, but you are not running the latest version of iTunes is available and it's iTunes 12.3. You must run Windows 7 at least. I'm not a Windows user, but I think 7 is newer than XP.

  The "General" cloud requirements are quite low... so you have to ask in the forums of specific program for a special features used by individual programs

• Lightroom 6.1 update - new features unavailable for me

  I installed the update of Lightroom 6.1 on the 6.01 I bought a month ago. New features such as 'dehaze' and local black and white level adjustments are not available. Dehaze should be available as a slider to develop under effects. He isn't here.

  It was clear from the beginning that Lightroom 6 would not receive any updates. Do not understand people who think they "own" software like Lightroom 6. You do not have the software. You purchase a license to use the software. And when you buy a version such as Lightroom 6 you buy this product. The license of creative cloud is the way to go if you think that all updates as they are made available. But do not despair, Lightroom 7 could be released in a few years. You can expect that some of these updates will be included.

  As mentioned here, updates to Camera Raw in Photoshop CS6 include only new camera support, lens profile support and bug fixes.  The new features listed in the release notes are available in Photoshop CC.
