Sony PSP vs. WAP610N...

I need a little help here, I have a Sony PSP 3000 and a new WAP610N that won't let me connect the brand-new PSP.

I tried to disable the security. I tried the static IP address. I tried the automatic configuration thing.

With the static IP address, it connects and everything, but gives a timeout error (think I cannont remember right now).

It connects fine to the WRT54G, which is at the bottom... but I'm not down very often.

And now it works.

I don't know what has changed. I didn't remove the connection and then configure manually... once again. Works very well. Now, if the PSN store would come just delivered online.

Thanks for the help...

Maybe it's one of the proposed solutions. I'm happy that everything works. Don't forget to click on "acceptable Solution" or give Kudos!

See you soon!

  • Memory Stick PRO DUO SanDisk 32GB - compatibility PSP

    Hello

    Just a quick question.

SanDisk PRO DUO 32 GB cards work on a PSP 3000?

Some customers asked about the compatibility and possible reading errors if you use a 32 GB pro duo card in a PSP 3000 console.

According to SanDisk compatibility tool PSP is compatible with all nine USB2.0 cards! :

    http://PCT1.SanDisk.com/ProductList.aspx?DeviceID=1506

I have checked the points and support for Sony PSP and wrote "the PSPgo / PSP system is compatible with any media slot of capacity, as long as he wears the logo of the Memory Stick "

Any owner of a SanDisk 32 GB USB2.0 new in a PSP 3000 can confirm please?

Of course the official response from SanDisk will be appreciated ;-)

    Thanks in advance!

Yes, it can use 32 GB cards

  • Equium P300 does not correctly identify the Play Station

I'm running Vista Home premium, Equium P300. When I plug my Sony PSP, it shows as a mass storage device. When I try to access it, I get a message telling me to format the drive. I formatted the memory stick duo via the PSP, if I try to format it through the laptop I get the message:
    Impossible Windows in full format.

In the section of the administrator of the PSP tool storage is displayed with a file system RAW instead of the FAT file system its supposed to be, my drive is in NTFS. I have it plugged in to another pc running Vista and it works fine so it's my phone that is the problem, not the PSP.

If someone could help before laptops and the PSP go for a swandive by the window, I would be grateful.

    Hello

Reading your post I m not very well what problem you have

  • Satellite Pro A100 - card reader no longer works

    Hello

I have a Satellite Pro A100 - PSAACE-008002EN, that I bought a month ago, its worked perfectly so far and has been fantastic to use.

The main part that I use is the memory located on the front card reader, I have used it with SD, MMC and cards XD for my pda and cameras, until now, it worked well, but recently, I was music transfer etc for my Sony PSP Memory Stick using a Memorystick Pro Duo Pro adapter so that the card fits properly in the slot and it works very well.

All of a sudden the laptop can no more read on my MS card, I tried the card in a usb card reader and it works perfectly with or without the adapter. The laptop card reader reads cards SD MMC and XD, still perfectly fine but when I framed my memorystick, it shows the stick as being there in my computer, but when I click on the dialog box appears and says that there is no disc?

I tried to install the latest drivers but it does not work, any help is appreciated

    Thank you very much

    Rich

I found this information and first of all, I want to put a list of supported cards:

SD (support of multiple Digital Media Card slot) capacity 8MB - 2GB
Memory Stick (supported by several Digital Media Card slot) capacity 8 to 256 MB
    photo 16-1 GB xD card
Memory Stick 8 to 256 MB
Memory Stick Pro 256 MB to 2 GB
    MultiMediaCard 8 MB - 1 GB

According to this list, the Memory Stick Pro Duo is not supported. But you used an adapter.
But maybe this is a reason why the card reader cannot read the MS cards more.

What you can do is to remove the card from the Device Manager reader, and after new restart try to install this new device

  • Where is the 802. 11B on 1242?

The list of interface on my 1242 has only Radio0-802. 11 g and Radio1-802. 11A.

    I have an 802. 11B device that doesn't connect not. 802.11 G is automatically compatible with B?

I'm almost embarrassed to mention it here, but it's a Sony PSP (we use it in the lab for UH... tests)

Oh... I'm running in stand-alone mode, to do this, so the 1242 doesn't use LWAPP.

    Thank you

    R

G is automatically compatible with B, offering data rates are enabled.

So in your Dot11 0 config, you should see 1, 2, 5.5, 11 Mbps data rates. If they are, then 802. 11B client should work.

    Rgds,

    Richard.

  • Why can I not register my PSP to my PS3?

Supposed to connect the PSP to PS3 via a USB cable. After doing PSP then says "please wait" and PS3 "PSP not hooked" Huh?

The cable is attached. There are no other instructions. PSP is proving to be the biggest waste of possible $ 249.00.

Games, primitive graphics, supposed to have "remote play" capabilities What do we do with them besides throw them?

I guess it must be a mystery as UFO or something. No one at Sony can answer a simple question about their * products on the rise.

  • PSP 3000 or PS Vita?

Hey guys, I really need help on deciding if I should get a PS Vita for Christmas, or the PSP 3000:-s, it's Christmas soon and that means I can buy a PS Vita or a PSP 3000.

I do a LOT of research this month between the Vita or the PSP 3000, but everywhere, it's just PS Vita: graphics like PS3, touch screen, camera, social, uncharted... And there isn't PS Vita: memory cards out of price, not much rate games, sales down, fear of failure/cancellation of a project, expensive as a device, smaller than the 3000, buttons...

This makes the decision harder and harder to do. If the Vita fails, then I have the PSP 3000. I've owned a 2 1000 years but I lost during the movement of the House. I know how it feels with the 1000, but I heard that the PSP games are abandoned, or they stopped to give them and move to the Vita.

Oh yes, and I heard that the Vita can download PSP games available for the PlayStation Network (PSN), which is good (considering your PS Vita has new games graphically better AND could play the PSP at the same time!) BUT, the PSP games, UMD ONLY as Tony Hawk Underground Remix and The Simpsons Game! It's like everything has the Vita, the 3000 has the alternative that is as good as the Vita:-really powerful decision here...

The PSP 3000, for me, is perfect, but with the two analog sticks, better graphics, bigger screen, bigger titles/games, walk across the room... On the Vita keeps me back to finally decide between the Vita and 3000.

    Please help me decide guys
    Thanks in advance

P.S.: another reason why I don't want to pick up the PSP 3000 is I want to port PS2 games (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to be precise) on the PSP 3000 and play them on the go. But I also heard that you can play Grand Theft Auto IV (4) on the Vita with a bit of hacking and the cross-play.

Do not get the PSP. Very few games available, graphics primitives, remote playback does not at all. USB adapter does not recognize your PS3 or PC. It's the cheesiest piece of junk I've ever lost $249.00 on. I guess that bit the Vita will have the same problems. I'm done with games from sony, they don't come close to the height of the hype or advertising. Hardly, they work and do not last long. How many PS2 stop working on you? I have owned three of them they all gone with in a year. The PS3 has not yet left, but the outlets are a fantasy until it is supposed to power and what you can actually get out of it. Both are way over priced and over hyped, they are both junk in my opinion. Buy you a cell phone at a low price, you will get more out of it.

  • Why can't synchronize a digital copy for my psp to Windows media player

I thought I could use my psp to use digital copies, I've had with the movies that I bought. is there a way to make it work or is it just not possible?

    Hello

Have you received an error message?

I am sorry to say that this question is out of our support. In fact, it is supported by Sony. I suggest you to contact Sony support. However, you can try the following basic steps, but if the problem persists, please contact you Sony for support.

Here are the steps through which you can sync your music from media player to Player Playstation Portable:

1 USB cable to hook between the PSP and the PC.

    2. on the PSP under settings, select USB connection.

    3. your Vista PC should recognize that the PSP is connected. The PSP should be displayed "USB Mode".

    4. on the PC to add music on the removable drive that represents your memory stick PSP. Put the music in the music folder.

You can also go through the following steps:

Step 1: Connect the portable music player to the computer via the USB port. MP3 players and other devices notebooks, all updates have this ability, which is scheduled to manage multimedia files easily.

Step 2: Open Windows Vista and then click 'Sync '. If this is your initial test using the device, your system can choose to sync files automatically or manually depending on the capability of your music device.

Step 3: Click on the button "Finish". In automatic mode, the entire library is synced to the playlist to your player instantly. In manual mode, however, once you press the button 'Finish', you will need to select the playlist you want to sync with your portable music player.

Step 4: Select the files to be synchronized. Even if your system selects function mode of automatic synchronization, you can select the playlists you want to sync with your portable device. To do this, press the arrow under the "Sync" button, click the device that you are using, and then click on "configure synchronization."

Step 5: Add your playlists. Click on the 'List of available playback' button, select the playlists you want to include, and then click 'Add '.

  • (Sony) After updating iOS 10 car stereo controls

I am really disappointed that since updating to iOS 10 on my iPhone 6 I can jump is no longer pieces of music using the buttons on my Sony car stereo when my phone is connected. The forward Skip button does nothing and the rear bucket go up to the beginning of the game and no further track. It is very annoying (if not downright dangerous) to have to fiddle with the phone while I'm driving to jump tracks. Car stereo controls still work fine with my iPod.
