  If you are certain that you have the correct number of series, there are really not much that we can help you here. You can try to download and install the latest version of Lightroom 2. This will be the trial version, but when the trial screen there is an option to indicate that you have a serial number. Either way, Lightroom serial numbers start with the four first digits being 1160.

  I recently installed an Epson L555 instead of my Epson L355, which worked well with my software windows 7 and my BACK program based. However, whenever the L555 turned the printer just keeps ejecting the hopper pages until it is empty. On the menu screen, it says "printing", but there is nothing in the print queue and I didn't send anything to be printed. Sometimes it reads "Fax set auto answer. By pressing the Stop/Reset button stops the ejection pages and "Cancel" is displayed on the screen. This continues for about 2-3 minutes, then the pages start ejected again. Problem does not occur when it is not connected USB so that it looks like some sort of communication problem. The L355 worked perfectly.

  Turning off graphics acceleration. Go to preferences-> Performance tab and uncheck the box there.

  I imported some photos from an iPhone to another. Made on the same iPhone, there are photos taken in both devices. Both have the same time settings.

  Hi, I recently noticed problems with the export of images. Even if I did change the pixel dimensions that I used to use (640 x 600 for a blog), the exported image is significantly more low resolution than usual. The only things that have changed is that I upgraded from LIghtroom stand-alone 5-6 Lightroom on creative cloud - and also I got a new Macbook Pro.

  You seem to be using a mac book pro with a retina display. This is that websites must be programmed to feed your browser an image of higher resolution that they would feed to people using a lower resolution screen. Not all Web sites do it properly (not more). I don't know if your site is done automatically. An image of 640 x 600 or 900 x 800 won't cut in general, certainly not to the size you are displayed on this Web page. These sites are usually not this worked well. I've written about how to do it on my blog here: Jao photo blog: a much simpler way to serve the retina displays the correct image but you need a way to use both versions of the image somewhere.

  On your retina display when opening an image of 640 x 600 pixels in preview will also look bad as it will show too default double pixel. A good thing to do is to go to preferences in preview.app, click on the images and select "1-pixel image is equal to 1 pixel of screen. Then when you open small images, it should show the actual resolution of the screen. If your image is larger than the screen, you can press command-0 and it will display the image in the native screen resolution. Assume that you are using "best for display" in the context menu of the resolution in the display of system preferences section. You should have probably defined it this way in any case because otherwise the 1:1 in Lightroom do not display correctly. Your screenshot is displayed to indicate that you have defined properly.

  I have been using Adobe Lightroom 2 with Photoshop CS4 without any problems.

  However, recently I got problems with the order in which to store my images is LR.

  I work in Raw and always start LR. From there on, I open my image in Photoshop before making any adjustment and then by saving in 16-bit PSd or Tiff.

  On the first save the format tiff/psd file normally resides in LR - IE next to the original raw and virtual copy. But now, when I come back to changes in Photoshop psd re-recorded file is moved to the beginning of the Lightroom library.   I just got back from a trip and downloaded photos to Photos of two devices (a Sony camera and an iPhone 6) on my Macbook. Having had problems with sorting in the past, I made absolutely sure set the time on my camera before the trip so that it matched my phone; This, I thought, would make sorting by effective date on my computer. However, when I have the mix of photos in an album and select ' View > sort > keep sorted in old first of all, ' my photos usually reorganize in chronological order, but not totally. Many are in disorder, and although I don't see a pattern (again...) it seems that the pictures of the various devices are grouped a little. If I check the file dates (click on the image, command-'i' back the news), I see that the dates, hours, and years are all correct, even if they are supposed to be sorted by date are not.

  I've included screenshots of 3 photos side-by-side after the sort, with visible info. You can see that left most is June 4, in the middle of June 5 and the right to again on June 4.   You was imported from the Middle photo at the same time as the camera of Sony Pictures?  While you were still at the Japan? Or do you you import photos in a different time zone, with the time computer system set to a different time zone.
