Problems sorting on Lightroom

I imported some photos from an iPhone to another. Made on the same iPhone, there are photos taken in both devices. Both have the same time settings.

On the iPhone, the photos appear on the correct order.

I imported all on iPhone to the LR.

When I try to sort photos by date taken, it gets messed up (see attached photo).

(1) photographs must be sorted into the capture time, as you can see in the picture.

(2) look at the third line, 34 a photo was taken after photo 39.

(3) I tried to re-read the metadata of the files, it was not fixed.

(3) I m using the latest version of Lightroom CC, just checked in CC app, it set s to update at the moment (March 7)

It shows both actual capture in the metadata Panel? The two pictures given gps?

    It seems that you try to install the version of Windows on your Mac, that will not work.

    I haven't used a DVD for installation of Age, but I would have thought that the Mac version would also be on the disk.

    I'm not a Mac person, but I think that the executable file would have the .dmg extension.

    This problem normally occurs when the files of Adobe to launch Lightroom do not have read/write permissions.

    It'll be a problem for me reinstall the Lightroom, I bought on my Mac?  What I have to buy Lightroom again, but the Mac version?  It's going to be easy and free?

    What concerns me that it is not possible or difficult... I am also afraid that it can cost...

    It is usually simple. LR is cross-platform, so there should be no cost. You can install on Windows & Mac unless you have already done two activations. See if this video tutorial and useful link:

    I searched the forums and have to take the following additional measures:

    -follow-up of recommendations to remove the opm.db from my local user account.  This has not fixed the problem.

    -Uninstall and reinstall all adobe products.

    -several combinations of these elements in different orders.

    Any ideas?

    I just renewed with an annual pre-paid account but I am tempted to cancel - and cancel and dispute the charge of cc, because as much as I fear, Adobe has not delivered the product that I ordered because they do not recognize my account.

    You must create a collection first in the catalog, then you can sync this specific images for camera Mobile with Lightroom.

    You can check if the images to synchronize with the web Mobile with Lightroom or no signature to Adobe Photoshop Lightroom

    If the synchronize with mobile web Lightroom, check the Lightroom Mobile on the Android device.

    I upgraded my old CC of Lightroom for the new CC 2015.2.1.  I'm on an IMac Intel Core I7, 8 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB.

    I had no problem before making a HDR or photo Panoramo merges. Since the update, photo fusion no longer works and I always get the following message is displayed:

    "unknown error occurred".

    Thank you very much for the tip. Although the 'photomerge working collapsed with 2015 1.1for me. I unchecked "Use graphics processor" and it worked again. I guess I'll use it as a work around until the next update.

  • Problems with InDesign - Lightroom workflow

    Hello!

    I'm doing a portfolio in InDesign using the images I have on Lightroom, the problem I have, is that when I make an adjustment in Lightroom that adjustment is not registered in the actual file so that the changes didn't apear in the InDesign document.

    What I did is setting the pictures on Lightroom, then open them in Photoshop with Lightroom adjustments, save them to a different file and then placing them on the InDesign document. It works but it's a total pain and I end up having 3 different versions of the same images.

    I'm very slight adjustments in exposure and color for all photos fit and its so much easier and faster to do on Lightroom in Photoshop.

    Is it possible to save the settings that I achieve on Lightroom on the file so InDesign can read?

    Export the images as separate files. LR is not supposed to be used directly with ID, as in the best of cases, you will need to use raw files.
