  I'm really really frustrated with Adobe CC bugs.

  I just formatted and reinstalled all (Adobe CC2015.3) on my new PC:

  -10 Windows

  -intel I7 - 6900K

  -128 GB DDR4 RAM

  -OS on a GB 512 m2

  -Project files on two SSD RAID 0.

  Now, when I send my soul and start the queue, SOUL rest hung on "reading XMP" for like an hour. After that, he moves and restores, but once the sequence is complete, it restarts to read XMP...

  You do understand that I need to export 70 sequences (which take 5 minutes each) and I can't wait for this 100 hours just to read XMP SOUL!

  Hi, thanks for your answer! I just finished a call with the help of Adobe and we tried your suggestions with no result.

  Moreover, after an hour of troubleshooting came us to this conclusion:

  The problem may be related to the fact that this project was converted in to CC2015.2 under Windows 7 CC2015.3 in Windows 10. It is unclear why this is happening and it seems that there is no solution to this. They said that if I create a new project from scratch I shouldn't re-encounter this problem.

  However, we found a working solution:

  Put out the sequence you want to export, click on file > export > selection as a Premiere Pro project (I have the Italian version and I translated it here on the fly... not sure whether this is in fact the correct translation) and save some part of these projects.

  Then, open the project just created, export the sequence on Adobe Media Encoder, click the game and this is! Loading XMP spend 1 hour to like 3-5 minutes (acceptable).

  Well... it's a workaround, not a solution. But it works a little bit.

  I'll let you know if I have other problems with new projects.

  Unfortunately, the fact that the progress bar indicates reading XMP is normal a Kipper. In other words, the blow is not related to reading XMP.

  Try to export directly by the BODY (by clicking on the export button in the export settings dialog box) rather than the queues to the SOUL. In addition, if you have mercury reading set for GPU acceleration in the BODY, try to switch it Software only.

  Can someone help in getting property XMP files? I need to get the date of the shooting photo (exif:DateTimeOriginal). But while trying an example on the internet, I'm already stuck on opening XMP file. XMPFile returns "error 1000: XMP Exception: OpenFile returned false.

  You can directly get any specific exif property a doc opened with its app.activeDocument.xmpMetadata.rawData and RegExp:

  I' am having trouble getting the first pro CS5.5 to run. When opeing the program from the startup screen appears and the window main lance and runs like this until she is forced closed. All other adobe software is running.

  • Updated first 5.5.2.
  • Updated GPU drivers.

  The Prime Minister was runing on this machine before I reinstalled windows a few weeks ago.

  Solution: Buy new GPU, re - install windows.

  I've recently updated for mountain lion and Illustrator crashes everytime I try to save a file. I tried to validate all Fontbook fonts, that have passed and repair permissions on my systema and also delete the Illustrator preferences file, but the crash still happens.   Okay - it works now. Really strange - uninstalled with remove preferences checked and then delete the two files (in the library) than the deleted haddened uninstall program and now works.

  Here's the deal: I'm working on a landing page HTML with a single card attached to a picture frame. Literally, every time I make a change to the code near the (linked to the image map) image then click in the window of live preview, Dreamweaver CS5.5 accidents as a 70 on a bar of SOAP on the floor of the shower. It crashes hard. My only relief is to save the file before clicking in the live preview window. It's my only solution to the problem.

  But I am amazed left that I can plant it each time on a map, flicking the code on the preview pane. We could think about version 11.5, a minor thing like it wouldn't form the supposed cream the cream of web design software.

• Flash Pro CS5.5 hangs at startup/launch

  Dear users of Flash:

  I have Flash Pro CS4, CS5, & CS5.5 installed on a Windows 7 64 - bit desktop.  The first two Flash versions listed start without problem but CS5.5 seems to face a problem.

  I checked the Windows Event Viewer which gives information about the State of the system when loading the applications, and I saw that there was something wrong with this path:

  Flash CS5.5 isn't a 64-bit application, so why the library of dynamic links Kernelbase in a 64-bit path has failed, I don't understand.  I guess just because it is a 64-bit path for example, there are 2 versions of the Windows cmd.exe.  One is syswow64 and one in system32.

  Can anyone help me solve this problem with the application does not launch?  It blocks to start giving a dialogue that the Application crashed.

  I actually made contact with Adobe on this problem before you posted because I was afraid that nobody would respond to my post.  Thanks for looking into it well.  I was entitled to some support options that I could enjoy.

  The report said nothing, but if it crashes when you open an image, the likely cause is - for the 500 millionth time - your graphics card. Update the driver and/or disabel OpenGL in the preferences.

  Do you have types over at adobe forgot to add TIFF and other footage to Watchfolders.

  Does not work here.

  Try adding a folder of TIFF SEQ for SOUL as a folder shows direct will result by SOUL do weird things and submit to force me it to quit

  This is indeed a bug.  Thanks for letting us know about this.  I see no work around at the moment, other than to not open a closed AE project that is actively made by TEA.  Sorry about that.  I filed the bug and set it as high priority.
