SOUL is export of garbage, artifacts and corrupted video files...

Adobe Media Encoder is export of sequences with TONS of items. The same sequences look perfect when exporting directly from Premiere Pro. See an example below:

    Thanks for the follow-up.

Missing in this equation are the Premiere Elements version you were using and the operating system on which it is running. But...

The Act is accomplished. But... Up to now, and after that you went ahead and moved to version 12, we now learn what Premiere Elements version you were using. We don't yet know the operating system involved.

You said first Elements 10. First 10 Elements is affected by a problem serious display known if the computer uses an NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card card. In this issue, the only cure is to roll back the version of the driver about may 2013. The description of the problem and how to make the rear roller are described in one of the messages at the top of this forum. What video/graphics card your computer use?

On another front, Adobe will release a new version of Premiere Elements any day now. Not one, but Adobe knows the function defined for the new version. This type of information is announced at the time of the release of the new version.

So the solution to the problem you presented in this thread could have been...

1 roll back the version of the NVIDIA GeForce driver for all may 2013 if possible (Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit, maybe not possible)

    2. move to a different version of Premiere Elements (which you did)

I offer the foregoing for consideration so that you can review your decisions. We are pleased to learn that the first items 12/12.1 works for you.

Please do not hesitate to ask questions and seek clarification, but do not forget that the answers are in the details.

    Best wishes

  • Corrupted video file

Recently, I took a video of a unique opportunity to see that, as this is my chance, the video file is damaged. When I try to play on my phone, I get a message saying: it can not be played and the thumbnail is just a grey square.

I downloaded on my computer to see what I could do. I opened the file in VLC and nothing happens. No error; This simply shows that the video file is 00:00. However, the file properties show it has 487 MB of data.

I tried opening in video converters to see if I could "convert" the file type that it is already, but the two products that I have used both give me error messages.

Is it possible to save this video? I'll be pretty ticked if my phone cost me such an important event when I got a lot on her front with without a hitch.

Google "how to repair files damaged a GoPro MP4" and you will be able to retrieve your video. There are google results that may contain illegal information and we do not allow that the conversation here then please, do not post information related to illegal information, you can find.

I know how sad it can be to lose a video like this and I've only had it happen once.

There are programs of software designed to recover the

The following freeware is an example and you can
find others with a Google search.

For hard drive recovery, it would be preferable to
Use the portable version and run it from external

  • Problems in exporting and generating video file

I still use Flash CC and I have the following problem:
When I export to I get the following message to the video format called Media Encoder: "Adobe Media Encoder could not import the file"C:\Users\Dibra\Desktop\senac\curso\Chocopasta\projeto.mov".
From there, the process is stopped.

The .mov file generated has been enormous, size 5GB. I use Windows Home 10. Please help me?

Adobe Media Encoder requires QuickTime for MOV files. You can install it here:

    Download QuickTime 7.7.9 for Windows

The article mentions only Windows 7 and Vista, but I just tried it with Windows 10, and it seemed to work fine.

  • InDesign keeps crashing and corrupting my files

InDesign crashes on a regular basis, whenever it crashes I lose the last file that was open when the accident occurred. I can not re - open this file, if I try to open it, indesign crashes again and again. What happened 7 times in the last two months. I'm getting really sick of having to re - build complicated art files.

It doesn't seem to be any consistency to when it crashes. Most of the time however, ID crashes right after (or as) the file that I worked on is closed.

I'm on CC 2015 the latest version and I'm running OS X 10.9.5. (don't have not updated to Yosemite yet)

I just tried to re - open file corrupted todays again once and it came with the following info on "an invalid image. If I press Yes or no, it won't let me open & ID crashes again.

Please help urgently!  Is there any way I can recover my file corrupted from today?

Thanks Peter, I was able to get a working version of the file.

Oh also I spoke with tech support and they said that this is the fix for the current version of indesign.

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/InDesign/KB/InDesign-2015-1-crashes-while-working-on-text.html

If all goes well, that stops all the other files are corrupt.

  • Adobe Premiere elements 13 I just and it crashes on export, no matter the setting or video file

I'm cutting together some of my videos of shadowplay. Everything works until I have try to export. It constantly crashes after that. The furthest I did with the video hand is 11% and 40% on each individual clip when I tested them separately. I ran through every able preset 1080 and 1440, and the results are the same. I find it odd that VSDC can manage these clips, but dies of an $80 program. Any help solving this would be appreciated.

I came across a problem similar to mine on Overclockers.net. They reported accidents with adobe products on their first otherwise stable/burntest tested Overclocks. I gave up my overclock and finally managed to do work.

  • How to use pictures and iMovie video files without duplicates?

I want to download videos on my computer and have it available on both pictures and iMovie. Do I need to download twice, which seems very ineffective, or is there a workaround?

It works for me with Final Cut Pro (I think it'll work on iMovie too):

    1. Add video to your photo library.
    2. Go to your pictures folder.
    3. Right-click on "Photo Library".
    4. Press "view the contents of the package.
    5. Go to 'Masters '.
    6. Select the year, month and day, that video was made (you can easily check this in the Photos app by making a right click on the video, then click on 'Get Info').
    7. Drag the specific video in the iMovie app for use with iMovie.

  • Exported video file does not match an audio file in length?

I'm back with the same problem.

Here are the specifications for this project:

    Premiere Pro 5

Call sequences in HDV 1080i (Sony FX1) format

    Length of timeline published... 52:25

    Destination: Blu - ray disc

I tried two formats in the SOUL... MPEG2 Blu - ray and H.264 Blu - ray

I tried all combinations of presets within these two formats... Attributes match, 1440x1080i, HDTV,... etc, etc, etc.

The machine is to spend anywhere from 7 to 27 hours to encode these files.

When I open the two files, once the operation is finished, I find that I have a file audio 52:25 of length and a video file 43: 34, any format or preset I have chosen!

To playback, you can imagine the frustration... in the first two minutes, the two are out of sync.

    What I'm doing wrong here.

It is my first outing in the world of the Adobe HD. I did Adobe first SD for 10 years... and my deadline for captioning is much too soon.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

Have you tried to add the files again and check there, despite the difference?

  • Cut audio files to one video file and edit in an audio editor?

With the help of pre 9 and a video file of the Nikon D7000: is it possible to cut the audio portion of a video (where the sound was recorded in the camera and is part of the import), change in an audio editor (like Sony Sound Forge Studio), then paste it in the clip?

I use the method of Steve all the time and edit output audio in Adobe Audition. You want to share export/PCM/wav 48 kHz 16-bit and keep this time format and back in the meadow. Don't forget that you will work with an Audio file, it is full (or almost) duration of the timeline. When you import this edited Audio file, give the program a few moments to conform that newly imported PCM/WAV for editing. I suggest not to touch the computer until Conforming finished 100%, and the small progress bar in the bottom right of the graphic interface disappeared. If the imported Audio file is short, and your computer is fast, you might not even see this progress bar, but the Conforming took place, all the same.

I like to keep the original sound on its Audio tracks and just use window > Panel Audio Mixer to cut what the track (s), leaving only my Audio published on its own track uncut. It is a "fail-safe," just in case I change my mind along the way and want to return to the original Audio for some reason any. It is much easier to turn off - turn on the sound, only to pick up all that the original Audio once again.

    Good luck and happy editing.
