  You said first Elements 10. First 10 Elements is affected by a problem serious display known if the computer uses an NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card card. In this issue, the only cure is to roll back the version of the driver about may 2013. The description of the problem and how to make the rear roller are described in one of the messages at the top of this forum. What video/graphics card your computer use?

  On another front, Adobe will release a new version of Premiere Elements any day now. Not one, but Adobe knows the function defined for the new version. This type of information is announced at the time of the release of the new version.

  So the solution to the problem you presented in this thread could have been...

  1 roll back the version of the NVIDIA GeForce driver for all may 2013 if possible (Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit, maybe not possible)

  2. move to a different version of Premiere Elements (which you did)

  Now a version more recent days of all browsers support format video mp4 but some older versions of browsers still need to format to play webm video.

  iCloud is a synchronization system, not a storage system. If you delete photos/videos on your iPad, they are removed to iCloud. To increase the available space, go settings/iCloud/Photos and select optimize iPhone/iPad storage.

  CS3 does not support this format.  MTS/AVCHD support was not introduced before CS4.  Convert the files to something else.  You can use a free program called Handbrake to do.

• XDCAM EX files import problem

  This is the first time that I imported the XDCAM EX files in this version of the Prime Minister, and when I select the camera name, in which resides the BPAV file where all the info of the clip, is the only thing that matters is an empty file of BPAV.  I tried selecting the my hard drive BPAV file and it comes in a vacuum.  I tried to select the video file in the file BPAVE and it is in a vacuum, so for the moment I have to open the file clip and individually select each mp4 file to import in PP.  Is this a problem with the program or do I have to go somewhere else is the cause.  In previous versions, the import has always functioned very well.  Anyone encountered this or have any suggestions?

  I'm in first Pro CC (v 7.2.1) under Windows 7. Import images created on a Canon XF300 and XF100, among other cameras. Before v7.2.1, I would incorporate XF with name of the element, each clip containing one or more files of 2 GB. The files would charge separately, with a length of about 5 minutes. When placed in a sequence, the files would be loaded in the order, but remain separated. They would play beyond the borders without jumping or lose sync. While it is not convenient when editing, I realized many projects in this way. The timecode of each file appeared as written, spun with the previous file.

  With 7.2.1 the same video is automatically merged when they are imported into the project. Each file requires the same content as the whole clip. However the time code has the same starting value as the last file in the clip, if I import directly from Windows Explorer (ctl - I) or use the media browser. This seems to be what version 7 intend to do, and I can work with it.

  Whatever the merits of this "improvement", he is not well documented. It took me a day and a half of the web to research and experimentation until I could move forward. Thank God for holidays and long maturities.

  My problem is, projects under previous versions and updates did not automatically merge clips, but when I open them in the body later, he tries to "correct" this gap and merge the files. Therefore, I can't review prior files without starting from scratch. I have CS6, but only files created in that or earlier versions can be opened.

  Better how to open the recent projects without ruining them? When will be updated the version of October 2013 (PDF) product manual? What happened to the concept, "backward compatibility"?

  I have FCP 7 and Studio Applications, but FCP cannot open a session and import AVCHD 1080 p 50, 1080i50 only!

  So I think, I buy 4.2 for this compressor when the compressor can convert AVCHD 1080 p 50 in PRORES 422HQ.

  The compressor in the FCP Studio 2 can not import and convert the AVCHD Clips.

  I think that the compressor will be able to open your 50 p mts files. But if you want us to check that, you could download a short excerpt of a file-sharing service and we could ask before spending your money.

I exported successfully the whole project from FCP to a XML file (latest version - 5 I think) when you import the XML file, I get the following message: "this project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No preview of the sequence is preset file or codec might be associated with this type of sequence. "Even though we had very many sequences and tons of clips, anything at all in there. Any ideas what could happen?

  I was indeed using ffmpeg without the lame encoder installed. So, after you have installed the library blade with ffmpeg (that is, BTW, a HUGE PAIN if you don't have root access), it finally works.

  You can install .net Framework 1.1 only if prompted by windows updates. Windows updates will decide if your computer requires 1.1. You should not install .net 1.1, unless you are invited to.

  You cannot delete ActiveX controls that you have downloaded and installed. You cannot delete ActiveX controls were pre-installed or modules of any kind, but you can disable the. To delete an ActiveX control that you have installed, use the add-on Manager. If the add-on cannot be removed in Add-on Manager, you might be able to uninstall it through the control panel.
