Sound driver problems

Hello world

I reinstalled windows in my computer after you have removed all the files it contains.

Therefore, I unfortunately lost the recovery partition.

Now, after you have reinstalled the Windows 8 Pro, I installed all the drivers and everything works normally except the sound.

However, I have been using Ubuntu after reinstaled Windows and I DIND'T have no problem with that.

I thought that maybe this could be a problem inside, but when I use me headphones, or when I use my computer with my TV with HDMI, the problem persists.

My computer is a HP ENVY m6-k010dx Sleekbook.

So, what shoul I do to have it fixed?

(Sorry for my bad English )

---------------- UPDATE ----------------

I use a Linux Live USB to test the sound, as it could be any physical problem.

However, it turned out that it really is a driver problem.

I found a solution

Just after installing Windows 8.1 the problem fixed itself

Thanks for your help ():

  • Tecra S11-15 t asks to install the sound driver always

    Good day to all

My Toshiba laptop S11-15 t has an audio driver problem, whenever I restart my laptop want install me a
Audio high defection of the Microsoft UAA bus driver driver.

I tried to reinstall the audio drivers, but it is not the case.

    Please help...

    Hello

Which Windows operating system you are using?
    It is Win XP?

As far as I know the Win XP SP3 contains the high Microsoft UAA bus driver audio driver defection and some patches and fixes.

If you use this system, I recommend that you install all service packs and patches first.
Then you need to uninstall the sound driver and rebooted again to install the driver that you can download from the Toshiba page.

  • M7580n driver problem

I recently tried to update my sound driver from Realtek website.  After updating the driver for the audio-only device that shows is 'Realtek HD Audio Output from the rear', but all the sounds come out of the entrance at the front.  I downloaded and installed the drivers (Summer 2006 Original Realtek High Definition Audio drivers) on the HP site for the desktop HP Pavilion m7580n computer, but I still see the same thing.

    Anyone seen this before?

I guess I should have mentioned my operating system.  I am running XP, but I tried to do what you mentioned and it did not work.  The new drive XP, I installed didn't recongize that I had front and rear input/output audio.

I solved the problem by using "System Restore" (found slot, start.) All programs, accessories, System Tools).  I just restore my computer on the eve of the day where I updated the drivers I love this tool it's like having a time machine.

I discovered the original question got me to update the driver was that I shit speakers (logictech X-350).  They are ok to listen to the music, but terrible play games in surround sound.

  • Equium A100 - 147 Virtual Sound reinstall problem

I read a few posts about the same problem I have, but with no definitive answer. I have the satellite A100-147 with Windows XP Media Center. I downloaded a few files updated on the Toshiba site (all for my model), including:

    acsil-xpmce-100008-en
    Assist-xpmce-10300-en
    confree-xpmce-59007ab-en

    SD-secure-xpmce-104-en
    Sound-xpmce-51005253
    Toupad-xpmce - 10001st - en

and then: tvs-xpmce-10312-en (latest driver Virtual Sound for the A100-147)

I uninstalled the old version of the virtual sound driver before attempting to install a new one. But as I've seen elsewhere, I get the message:

"Toshiba Virtual Sound can't stand your computer."

I spent all afternoon looking up and trying to find ways to solve this problem. I've since updated my BIOS (bios-550win). Not a thing I try it will work. I even deleted the references to his virtual in the registry where there was no ongoing conflict. It made no difference if.

Could someone Toshiba please explain to me why I am told that I can not install which worked perfectly until this morning, before these updates, which are all intended for my laptop model? This is ridiculous. My apologies for my tone, but have lost hours on it, I'm extremely frustrated and you want just like it was back in my laptop (and before you ask, Yes, I tried a system restore, but that does not work either).

    Thank you

  • TouchSmart HP Envy 15-j078ca - sound card problems

    Hello!

I have a HP Envy 15-j078ca running windows 8.1 touchsmart and, recently, I noticed that my audio is static/crackling noises. A test, I plugged my head phones to see if it was a speaker problem or a problem of sound card and audio in my headphones was also static noises.

Some of my audio programs tell me that it is a sound card problem.

What I did: I followed the advice on another thread that had me uninstall the drivers and hand it to reset my bios settings can have my drivers to reinstall but I found that my audio worked perfectly! ... for about 2 hours then my cell phone was dead silent so I got this back a few days and the audio was fine again... for a few hours before he began to do staic noises again.

I'm not really sure what the question is here, or how I can correctly solve this so any help would be appreciated!

If I leave it just like that.
I try to ignore it, and it does not work so I turn it off and go again on the third time, to turn on while I press ESC. What should I do about it?

Re: do everything or send it as it is only 6 months old, it is Bernard did this for 5 months

    Hello

It sounds a bit like a HARD drive problem.
I recommend checking out the HARD drive using a free tool called Drive Fitness Test
This free tool allows you to get more details on the State of the HARD drive and maybe some error would be detected which would mean that HARD drive failures and disk HARD must be replaced.

  • Satellite L300 17L - audio driver problems

Audio driver problems, I use Windows XP SP2, I installed the MS patches, but still there is no sound.

And in the control panel in the sound section says that there is no audio driver installed.

    I need help please!

    Hello!

It s a known issue and when you search a bit in the forum you will find a large number of publications on this subject.

Remove the sound card from the Device Manager and the high definition Audio Controller from Device Manager.
And then update Windows with KB835221 & KB888111 patch, reboot several times, and then you can install the driver from Realtek but download and install Realtek driver directly.

    Good bye

  • Wifi Lenovo Y560 Sound-> Krackng problem again!

I already had a few problems with win 7 64 driver x with the sound card. I used some older drivers, and it was fixed.

Until today. Without changing my sound is popping and kranking again.

I'm very angry in trouble once again, so I did some tests.

I use the conectet y560 via HDMI to an additional monitor.
The laptop is closed, the wifi is on and active.

Cracking appears ONLY in this framework.

If I open the laptop and use his own cracking display disappears.

If I disable the Wifi its disappear too.

I use a tool called "DP Latenzy checker" its long projection interrupts while my sound cracks.

How can I fix? The wifi cables are not directly connected? Is this a hardware or driver problem?

  • Lack of Intel/Realtek Sound Driver for Windows 7 (64-bit)

    Dear community,

We have just received laptop computer Intel (Acer Aspire VN7 - 792 G-74Y9), we are going to use with Windows 7 (64-bit).

Now we have a problem with the audio driver that we fail to install. All other drivers are run without error.

The audio device is displayed in device with a yellow exclamation point manager and it is not yet installed.

Here the data of the device :

According to our research on the internet (PCI VEN_8086 & DEV_A170 & CC_040100) it will be a "Intel (r) Smart Sound Technology (Intel (r) OSH) Audio Controller Driver".

We've already found many pilots (such as Realtek HD Sound Driver) and install them, but without success

Do you know how to find the right driver for this device?

    Thank you!

  • Audio driver problem

I have a Toshiba Satellite U305-S7448.  About 75% of the time it starts, it does not load the sound driver and there is an adjacent X to the icon of the spear.  When you hover over the "speaker" icon, it sets up a message that says: "no Audio output device is installed".  I passed to the Toshiba support page and re downloaded the realtek audio driver.  No help.  An audio device does not yet appear on Device Manager.  Vista updates are up to date.  Now what?

Device Manager try and search for new devices.  If you do not, it could be a problem with the hardware itself.
