  I'm trying to download all the files appear in the Firefox downloads window and initially have 'cancelled' under the file. When I click on a file, it starts to download and I can see it in the downloads window in Solution Explorer. When the download finishes it disappears from the download of the Explorer window.

  Thanks for another suggestion. That didn't work but I did another restore system this time back 6 weeks and it seems that the problem is now gone. I also had a problem with the download of IE9 and an APPCRASH trying to load hotmail. It all works now.

  I have no idea what happened to the problem in the first place, but it doesn't seem to be one resolution other than a hammer to crack a nut by an old backup system.

• Address Book Outlook 2010 only appear not

  My outlook address book is empty when I click the To: button.  This despite that the contacts are there in the contacts tab or folder, whatever you want to call it.  This also affects my ability to send messages using contact groups, as they only appear in the address book.  I can't create a new group in the contacts folder, because it opens an empty address book.

  Things I've tried:

  1. I created a new profile from scratch and chose this profile because I read that one on Microsoft support
  2. I tried to import my list of contacts to a saved csv file previously because at first I thought that something happened to contacts
  3. I tried to run the repair function to my Outlook application from the control panel
  4. I run scanpst on the pst files.

  I don't understand the relationship between Outlook Contacts and the address book I think that draws data from contact in the contacts and/or suggested contacts folder, everywhere where it is stored.  I don't want to create new if possible pst files.

  I'm trying to download 2 Windows 7 drivers a 3372. One is the graphics device (hmd608ww) AMD software that fails whenever I try to download.   I have Windows 7 and for some reason, I can't install Adobe Type Manager on my computer.

  Adobe Type Manager absolutely cannot be installed on Windows 7. In fact, even to try to install it may corrupt your installation of operating system and its ability to make properly Type 1 and OpenType CFF fonts. The latest version of Windows for which ATM was compatible at all was Windows XP, 32-bit only!

  Adobe Type Manager is not at all necessary to install fonts, fonts, Type 1 on Windows 7 systems. Right click on the file of fonts for TrueType of OpenType CFF fonts or the. PFM file for Type 1 fonts and select the installation option.

  You can do a Disk Clean Up and next time when you open the folder thumbnails will be rebuilt and everything should work as you wish.

  To perform cleanup utility disk

  1. Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.
  2. In the drives list, click the drive you want to clean, and then click OK.
  3. In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the types of files that you want to remove, and then click OK.
  4. In the message that appears, click delete files.

  This should solve your problem of thumbnails not to get updates.

• Cannot place the documents "because the MultiPage files only are not supported."

  When I try to add the edited photo organizer (which have a stacked logo at the top right) to a photobook I get message "Could not classify document... because the MultiPage files are not supported." There is no way I can find to open the files stacked - c. - d. There is no arrow pointing to the right. I have not published photo can be placed without any problem.

  Look at the name of the file: it ends with the extension .pse. Is not a jpg file it's a project file. The project is a collection of assets (images) used for a creation like a slide show.

  Projects appear in the Organizer so that they can be changed again. This does not automatically work for projects created in older versions of items.

  Try the menu popup (click right on a PC, not sure with a Mac...)

  If you can get the option 'open' project, you should have access to the files that it contains.

  Tried to import my lightroom presets with no luck! I'm so frustrated! My computer just got a new hard drive installed and tried to put back them in and it does nothing. He is like his will, but they never appear. The strange thing is, is when I go into preferences and hit show predefined folder lightroom file preset to develop is not there. I'm not sure if this has something to do with him or not. I can manually search for the predefined folder in my files and it appears with all my presets in there, they are just not in lightroom.   Please show a screenshot of your file manager showing the full path to the folder of pre-selection of LR.

  Jim all the presets for LR on Windows are stored in the users folder. Users > username > AppData > roaming > Adobe > Lightroom. It is not version specific.

  Are you connected? Because Captivate is always looking for updates to learning interactions.

  If this does not help, try to delete the folder 8_0 Interactions in Public documents (not in the gallery in the Captivate installation folder), while CP is closed. When you restart it will make a new copy of the gallery.

  I found a way to solve the problem, but it's a bit of a hack. When you're on a page with a Flash file not working, go to the 'User Agent' of the Debug menu submenu and choose any agent user addition "Automatically chosen" (I suggest "Windows MSIE 6.0" ").

  If you do not have the Debug menu, you can activate it. First of all, quit Safari. Then, open the Terminal and type the following (without the quotation marks): "defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1. Safari open again and it should be there.

  The entire right menu is a SSI, a text is all present and represent in the ISS itself. In Internet Explorer, it shows very well, cause IE simply ignores the missing tag, but Firefox is not, so it took me half a day for not even noticed.
  Given that it seems all prefect in the ISS I am totally confused... I see no reason why the closing tag could be cut.

  Pixelmator retouch tool extension not appearing is not in the Photos app.  Supposed to be activated and can be used to update to version Ver 3.5 Canyon of Pixelmator. Does anyone know how to activate the extension of editing?
