  2. you have any printer installed on the computer?

  DLCFtime.dll file is part of the Dell printer driver software.

  80040153 translates into "class not registered".

  I recommend trying to re-register the DLL from Windows Update files by using method 4 in the article below:

  I tried to install sp2 once and got the error code "UNABLE to INSTALL" 0x8e5e03fa. • Get the error code 641, cannot install Windows updates.

  Reluctant to do a reinstall of windows.  I had the same problem, find the same useless information on a cure.  I did a reinstall of windows (Vista) and partially by installing the updates of windows I ran into the same problem again, the windows installer does not.  Even from scratch will get not anywhere, leaving you at least your system as it stands leaves can be used instead of a partially updated with no program system.

  I wonder if Apple has this kind of problem?
