Sounds of rattling on audio track

Hello

I read here that you need to convert mp3 to aiff file in order to get rid of the noise by clicking on the audio track on the sequence.

I use fcp 7 and yosemite to OS X. Neither iTunes nor Quicktime give me the option of conversion...

Any ideas where I could convert?

Thank you very much

Compressor will be. And Quicktime Pro will be too... Choose EXPORT, then in the export, EXPORT dialog box drop-down list, choose SOUND to AIFF.

If MP3s are music files, they might have DRM (copy protection) that prevent the conversion.

  • iMovie and several audio tracks

    Hello

I'm trying to import video with multiple audio tracks (track 1 - background sound + voice; Track 2 - background only. Track 3 - voice only) in an iMovie but it just merge all tracks to unique soundtrack.

How to split audio tracks in my video?

    Thank you.

iMovie gives no control on separate audio tracks, you should use a professional for editing software do.  I think you can remove the audio tracks you don't want to hear using the handbrake (https://handbrake.fr/) before you import into iMovie (although I've never tried myself).

  • How to replace an audio track

How can I replace an audio track of low quality for a high quality one on Final Cut Pro X? For example, the audio of the film, by audio recorded simultaneously?

Once I have sync clips, I can't see the two lanes in separate and remove that unwanted, I could do before (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qfIe6GbkzY). It does not work like that, and I don't know what to do!

    Thanks for the help!

If there is a clip of multi, you can open it in the editor of the Angle and click on the speaker icon on the clip that has the sound you want to disable.

  • Field of audio tracks changed without pitch shift effect applied. How would I fix this?

I opened a voice on the project to discover that all the voices recorded were deeper, as if the effect of curvature of pitching has lowered the height of 2 semitones, even if there is no effect of moving field on the audio track.

I can't help thinking that this is a major bug or I have something clicked by mistake. The project was ready to pounce, and now I'm scratching my head completely perplexed trying to figure out how to fix it. I tried to delete the list of actions in the history of cancellation but that does not solve the pitching glitch.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    Thank you.

I don't know that I have followed completely. You recorded a voice-over and sounds good, but when you EXPORT it, it sounds lowest? Or it sounds more down in the logical session already?

The only reason why I can think of for such behavior is a sample rate mismatch. It happened to me once I opened another software, which defined the sampling frequency of 48 kHz, but my logical session was 44.1 kHz. Logical and got confused. Recorded everything with 48 kHz while thinking it was 44.1 kHz. So play 48 thousand samples per second with a speed of 44 thousand samples per second is the same effect as a slower band, it slows down. She makes audio a little more slowly and the ground drops. As slowly reduce the speed of a vinyl record. Maybe it's the case. At this point, I don't know what to do. I had this problem but I do not remember how I fixed it. I think that I tried to change the metadata of the file and replace where it says ' I am a file 44.1 kHz ' with 'no, I'm actually a 48 kHz' file. I think I used Apple for "compressor" if I'm not wrong, but I couldn't say it's time back.

Or, if everything sounds well in logic and exported just the audio sounds weird, then maybe the software that you play with, somehow has the bad example of fixed rate and plays the record with 44.1 kHz 48 kHz, resulting in the same effect.

    Hope I helped a little.

  • the audio tracks of the missing at the end when played notes from audio files.

I copied the audio tracks in the media player of different record library. The discs are very clean and none of them were damaged. When I play these beaches towards the end notes are always droped. It sounds as if the Truck was damaged. When I listen to these tracks on a DVD player or another player, yet there is no problem. Is this a software or hardware problem and what can be done to solve this problem. I regularly receive updates of windows.

    Hello

I suggest that you follow these steps and check if the problem persists.

    Step 1:

Update of your sound, card drivers and check if the problem persists.

    Step 2:

Test the issue in a clean boot State, and check if the problem persists.

Note: Follow step 7 to your computer as usual.

  • You will need to set audio track in CC animate...

Quick question... is it hard to bring audio track in animate CC. do this in an hour or two.

It is not difficult, but there are a lot of problems that you may encounter depending on what you intend to do with the sound.

No matter what, make the sound 44.1 KHz, 16-bit (mono or stereo). Other bit depths are likely to fail to import, and other sampling rates can lead to synchronization problems.

If it's an AS3 FLA, especially if you plan to synchronize animation to audio, store the file as a WAV file.

If it's HTML5 Canvas, make it be MP3 before importing the file.

  • Timeline between video and audio tracks splitter

The separator between the video and audio tracks on the timeline is very difficult to see. Although it is thicker that other lines of demarcation is not yet clear enough for many people. Y at - it anyway to change the color of the "divider". Does anyone know of a plugin or a workaround may achieve this result? Ideally, we should be able to change the thickness and color so that the timeline between the video and the audio division are visible immediately by glancing at the screen. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, no thickness and color cannot be changed, and I've never seen a plugin to enable this. Sounds like a feature request for me!

  • Split audio tracks

    Hi all

After the last update, I found that when I drop an audio file in the sequence, it seems to divide the audio in 2 separate on the same line tracks. When the file is read audio sounds distorted and out of sync. I don't normally use it for the manufacture of advanced video. I have usually just drag and drop files and add transitions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Chances are I probably missed a setting or something that has been recently added with the update.

    PP Audio Pic.png

    Hi kevinb,.

Premiere Pro is not split the audio into 2 separate tracks, it's just the way new way Premiere Pro displays the audio track. Basically, what you see, is 2 channels of the same track as well that waveform without having to expand the track. Now you can also reduce the titles (at a height of short chronology) not in active use in order to devote more space to others. That said, it works just like it used to work in the previous version.

Your files get out of sync may be a different problem altogether.

    Thank you

  • Importing video files WITHOUT audio track despite the source with audio

Sigh. Back with another ridiculous question with Adobe CC do my job nearly impossible.

Running Adobe first Pro CC 2015 9.2.0 (41) build on a brand new macbook pro 2015 provided by my work.

When I start a new project, I will import my clips and if I add them to the timeline immediately they will import with their audio very well and everything will work. After about 10 minutes of work on the project, however, no matter what video file with an audio track that I drag in my calendar won't matter is no longer with an audio track, DESPITE the fact that the file was related, audio compatible and if I open the clip in the source cutting machine there will be sound. If I try to cut and import the clip of it the clip still will not have audio when importing to the timeline. It's infuriating! I recorded a gif of the question:

    NO AUDIO.gif

Any ideas at all? My only option is to save the project, open a new one, clips import it immediately with audio, copy it to my Clipboard, reopen the real project and stick!

Its all in the correction of the source.

  • Adding titles to audio tracks in Audition 2015 CC running Win 10

I have spent many hours of research on it and burned 13 CD without being able to add titles, the CD or the individual audio tracks. I entered all the information and work space reflects this, but when I play the CD, all that shows is the track number. The sound is fine, it's just the titles that are not be written to the CD.

Can you show a screenshot where you enter the information in the view of the editor of CD?

  • Adding an audio track

Is there a work around to have more than one audio track. Layers not, but if there are two clips edited together and you want to have a music video with an audio track and the second clip with a sound different?

Could you change the two tracks separately and then connect them then?

Or if you want to ask a music track, but then have a voice more layered on top?

    Hi Frankie,

Is there a work around to have more than one audio track. Layers not, but if there are two clips edited together and you want to have a music video with an audio track and the second clip with a sound different?

Currently, we don't have an easy way to do it, but it can be done. There are several ways you can accomplish this, but I'd probably use the following method:

    1. modify the first clip of the music you want and save it to your camera roll.

    2. create a new project and edit the 2nd clip with the desired band and save in your camera roll.

    3. create a new project using the 2 changes that you saved to your camera roll.

Or if you want to ask a music track, but then have a voice more layered on top?

Now Clip does not support a voice on the track, but if you had a voice more saved in iTunes, you could import as a soundtrack and use it for the project that you created in step 3 above.

I hope this helps! We look forward to continually improve the Clip and add features to help this type of workflow.

  • Is it possible to apply a limiter to the Master Audio track?

I would like to apply a limiter on the Master Audio track - I can't seem to find out how to do this. Is it still possible? I know that I can apply an audio processing on specific clips, I want to effect, but is there a way I can treat an entire track and then also treat the master as well? Thank you very much!

    RonPill1120

If you open mixer of tracks and click on the triangle in the upper left, this will open the effects rack. Here, you can add a sound effect to the secondary or master mixer track.

  • First 14 elements works only with multi audio track of the video.

    Hello

I hope someone can help me with this.

So I record videos of gameplay on a Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition. I use several audio tracks in the video to keep the sound game and separate voice narration. The audio encoder for video is in MPEG Layer 2. In Adobe premiere pro CS6 when I would drag the video that it would fill game audio is as well as the audio from the voice, but the trial more I bought buy items 14 first thought it would be similar. But whenever I drag the file in audio voice is not and will not be displayed.

So am I missing something? or elements first are which? Because then I have to look back and got to spend like $230 dollars for Adobe premiere pro CS6.

elements has forced me to use a single audio track, its fine, but without the ability to split into multiple tracks, I lose quality and which would not work on several set ups audio. People of example 4 recording of sequences of separate devices. so I returned it to London Drugs for a refund. but now its impasse on my saying account I've owned it yet. Well.

    Thanks for trying to help.

  • Inconsistent volume with multiple audio tracks

I'm working on a travel video that consists of video clips and still images.  When the stills are incorporated, I included a sound effect of click trigger.  A second audio track has my background music.  The problem I encounter is that when the shutter click effect occurs my background music volume decreases for giving me an unwanted variation.  How can I keep the volume of the background music is coherent while the sound effect occurs?  Thank you, John

What are the audio effects do you have? This problem is often caused by the global presence of a limiter or compressor in the main exit, click of the camera forces hard limiter to reduce the level, which also lowers the volume of the music. Try to reduce the level of the click. If you have no added effect could be a kind of automatic leveling of your sound card.
