Source without weight Pro is not available

I downloaded and installed the font Source without Pro of this folder files: SourceSansPro_FontsOnly-1, 036. All the fonts are available in Microsoft Word, but in InDesign CS5, I choose only regular or "BOLD". How can I access the entire font family?

My OS is Windows 7 64 bit.

Thanks Peter. It is the answer to a problem I would have never met before. I had no idea what to do. I appreciate the time you took to do the test. I received a few comments from Paul Hunt who advised only to install the OTF or TTF. I had to reboot so that I could uninstall, then I installed only the weight of OTF. Now, all weights are available. This is a strange question, but I am happy to know the solution.

    I have been in this situation and tried the solution here:

    Who has not completely worked for me, however, if I pulled upward from Regedit
    (Start-> Run-> 'Regedit')
    and searched the whole registry "Silverlight", deleting keys of parenthood which contain this string. (There was a large number of them).  When I did, I was finally able to reinstall Silverlight.

    Note that editing the registry is dangerous, so make sure that you first create a backup of the registry and know how to restore it in case things go very wrong.

    Sometimes when you uninstall programs it may be other applications of the dependent files.  Some programs will leave them behind and others will take all during the uninstallation.

    After that first Pro 2015 and 2015 Effects are not available in the list of the CC Apps. I have only 2014 versions in this list.

  • 6980 HP on network, no two-sided printing unit equipped with Windows 8 Pro. Not available manual duplex printing

    Windows 8 picked up my network printer and installed the drivers very well.

    When I go to print, "manual duplex printing" is not available on PRINT ON BOTH SIDES.

    The only option is 'off '.

    Went through Control Panel to CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRINTER and manual duplexing is enabled for this printer!

    Why am I not given the possibility to opt for a free account multi-user account? I want to upgrade to Pro's Free. I did this 2 - 3 times before in recent years. Anyone seen this before?     Thanks, for the reply. EchoSign support responded twice to me this morning which was a pleasant surprise. They had to make a change to my user name that allowed me to access the Pro upgrade page. I don't know what the problem was, but they fixed. Everything is good now. It comes to the screen, that I was taken in when I clicked on the link to upgrade you mentioned.

    I tried to install the updates to Halo2 and that did nothing. I had no problem with the installation of Halo: Combat evolved. Don't understand why I can't install this.

    There are a growing number of messages in this forum and elsewhere in the internet with the steps to do a reset on different printers.  Reset to will sometimes fix problems, so resetting is not the issue.

    A few resets require you to enter key combinations to open special menus on your printer that you were supposed to never access.  These special menus are used by developers and staff support for debugging of problems, but they are not intended for inexperienced users and can have unexpected results.  A wrong button push and you might no longer have a printer, but rather an expensive paper weight.  On top of that, if you happen to the 'brick' the printer in this way, it is considered as customer induced damage and voids the warranty automatically. These resets are only intended to be distributed and used as a last resort and under the direct instruction of a representative of the HP technical support. They should not be made lightly!
