  This feature is not a standard feature of MAE and we are seeing this behavior for certificate given by a specific CA.

  Install a new copy without properly uninstalling the previous usually does not solve the problems.

  If you have a cache problem and purge the cache does not help that you might want to try this.

  Leave the bridge, go to the library to the user (your name / library / Caches / Adobe / Adobe Bridge CS6.) Inherent are two files, a plug-in and a folder called cache. Take the two files and drag them to the trash.

  Restart Bridge by pressing the option key and click on reset Preferences and try again.

  Bridge currently is not a way to recognize people, like Photoshop elements Organizer, but keywords must certainly be recognized! When you're in Bridge, discover the keywords Panel (window > Panel keywords). It should contain the tags that you set in the Organizer.

  Well, you purge the Cache?

  If not, did you go to the preferences, go to the caching and the last option is to purge the Cache.

  Also @Debbie: you could try to rebuild settings. To do this off bridge and then restart Bridge. However, having fingers on shift-Option-control at the start of Bridge. Keep until a window offering to reset preferences, purge entire thumbnail Cache and reset Standard workspaces. I suggest you choose the first two.
