• Spam sent to contacts in the sent folder

  These last two weeks I had spams sent from my hotmail account. I've changed the password several times, most recently yesterday to a complex password using numbers and letters of symbols. Even now, I have more spam that was sent from my Hotmail account. I see these messages in my sent folder, see "Delivered" in my Inbox. My family tells me these emails.

  I rarely use my account Hotmail, its mainly here for subscription and FB reviews. What can I do to stop this as change my password doesn't seem to help. I have run scans for viruses on my computer at home and show no virus.

  Proceed to a very thorough check for malware and then change your password by e-mail.

  It is possible for a person to send the email that 'seems' to be of your
  account but that is not really - called "Spoofing." That means its 'Possible' emails
  were not really you, although they may have your contact list. Have someone
  who receives the e-mails to check the header to see where he is actually sent by and
  NOT only the answer to the address.

  If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
  scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
  resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be more difficult to detect as the
  cause.

  Hundreds of emails are sent in my email account name.  I know only about them because of undeliverable messages that end up in the spam from my email provider box.  This happens in batches about once a week.  It happened 3 - 4 times so far.

  Make regular checks with Norton, AVG, Trend Micro Housecall, Ad-Aware, Spware Blaster, Spyware Guard, Spybot and nothing major is found, only low to medium concern cookies are found.

  I talked to my internet provider who suggested that I probably have a virus or a trojan that uses my computer as a zombie to send spam.

• Photo spam sent to desktop wallpaper

  Imported by Photo Gallery Photo been sent Windows 7 for my desktop background.  I can't explain how it happened, but it's an aggravating addition I want to remove from the desktop computer.  I removed the gallery by striking, but it continues to be located on the desktop.  Apparently, it is located in the background because I can't dele, as I would an icon.  Suggestions please.

  Looks like you have a problem with the Fax to PC functionality on this printer. I recommend first of all remove the software on the computer completely and then put it back.
