Checking spelling WinXP and OE6
Hello, I use Office 2010 and Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP. In order to recover the English spelling in OE6, I installed the spell checker for OE http://www.snapfiles.com/get/spelloe.html. I would like to find a similar tool to retrieve the spelling correction in OE6 for Italian. So not the tools that spell everything I write anywhere, but one that works from OE6 allowing me to choose the Italian in the drop-down relative to the menu where to find English (United States) spell now. Can someone help me?
Thank you
Best regards
I've been in the OE newsgroup & forums for nine years and I've never seen a third Italian spelling part for OE.
If you have a copy of Microsoft Office 2003, you may be able to get that way.

Outlook Express has been installed with the English language. Yesterday (29/10/2010, the spelling checker gave me the words only French.) Choose Options on the Tools tab normally would allow me to reselect English - BUT THE ONLY AVAILABLE LANGUAGE IS FRENCH. I don't see/understand how this would have changed. Any Solutions or Suggestions to get this reset to ENGLISH?

Windows Vista is obsolete. Buy a license retail Windows 8.1 (in French) and then later to take free advantage for Windows 8.1 upgrade of Windows 10.
You can also install the Windows 10 Technical Preview (in French) and continue to use it until its finally out to see if there are promotional discounts for full licenses.

How does this relate to the features of Windows Update?
Outlook.com [who replaced the Hotmail Web page] has a manual control button comes out on top next to Options.
Apparently not if you're writing an email.
Note that the spell checker does not work in Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, or most other alternative browser. -

How to disable permanently the spell check in Notes
How to disable permanently the spell check in Notes?
Here are my steps:
- With the help of Notes in OS X 10.11.5, click Edit/spelling and grammar and then clearly the 2 options "check spelling as you type" and "automatically correct spelling."
- Close and re - open Notes.
What I expected:
only the two options "check spelling as you type" and "automatically correct spelling" is always disabled when Notes is reopened
In fact:
the two options "check spelling as you type" and "automatically correct spelling" is enabled once more
Spell check in Notes for a reason any seems particularly disruptive and unnecessary. Any way to turn it off permanently?
System text/keyboard/preferences and uncheck automatically correct spelling.
