  Sorry that I was not back to meet and finalize this - had some seedlings to make! Finally got between this rain! I digress... Well had a few other issues with my new computer, HP have called and got help from them - couldn't even send and receive emails more. I'm embarrassed to say that the problem with my timing and electronic mail was Norton Antivirus! I had to uninstall it - that you can't even do it right on your computer, you must go to their website and get a special tool to uninstall it and when it was all finished, my e-mail has started working again and so did my syncing. I can't believe that a program like this can cause so much havoc. I know there are a lot of threads that say to deal with your antivirus, but there was a trial version on my new computer that I had not subscribed too, and even the trial were exhausted. I had checked all my settings on anti-virus, but it didn't matter. I had to uninstall all.  Thanks for your help anyway. You always learn a lot that you go when you run into problems. My own Kaspersky program is now installed, my BB is in sync, work e-mail, and seeding is finished - everything is good!

  Michael basically means that Adobe does not support AA7 for VISTA. It may or may not work. If you ask them a question, they will tell you to upgrade and probably hang up. Several people succeeded with AA7 works on VISTA and periodically they come back with something they found what has not worked. A similar result occurred for AA4 on XP, I recall the older forums.   I just verify AA7 on XP and it copied from the file to the WORD fine. All fonts are embedded, so this isn't a problem. I had to use local fonts on, but try with use of local fonts off as well, with the same results. The results are lower than the same section I copied the last time (just to the right of the photo on page 2):

  Solution?
  In my case, I had a copy backup of the old directory for review. To restore I opened the copy and export bookmarks as an HTML, that I restored in the most recent client. If you don't have a copy of the former client, the best thing would be to try and re-install an older revision of the customer and either make a copy of the program folder and use another copy of that you can use the new and old customers and you worry about the loss of an older revision, since you'll always have 2 copies of the former client (the one you use the one that you use to restore in the case of at level). Or export bookmarks to an HTML element, and then upgrade the client to the newest and import the HTML instead of JSON files.

  Please review and create a more simple solution to a problem of stupid incompatibility. ^_^

  I tried this however: I installed the old version (3.5) and updated to the current version. All my favorites were there. I had to check the updates and could not skip certain steps of 3.5 to 3.6 for example. He then went from 3.6 to 12, then with todays update went straight to 30. They're all here. However nothing is perfect, backup is recommended as well.
