Splwow64.exe error - system Windows 7 and Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime error

I get these errors at different times in the course of the day help when setting before I upgraded to windows 10

Your second image indicates that e_yubkde.exe trying to launch/run and a search on Google is (probably) a bend in Epson file and it's our spool\drivers so file that indicates printer.

If you replaced the printer there could still be some software on your system that is eager to communicate with him for some reason any (he does not know that you got rid of the material).

If you still see the software that is listed in your installed programs you can uninstall if all goes well it allows you to uninstall programs that are no longer needed.  Or look in the msconfig startup (hide all Microsoft services) and Services tabs to see if you can identify where it's one not checked, save the changes, restart and see how it looks like.  Nothing get uninstalled and you can always go back to allow them once again if you wish.

http://netsquirrel.com/Msconfig/msconfig_win7.html

Before making adjustments, I make a first system restore point just in case something goes wrong.

Install the redistributable should take care of the error too, but this means that you will still running or trying to run software on your system that you no longer need (sloppy!).

Do you need to install the redistributable packages when you upgrade to Windows 10?  It depends on if the third-party software you install are thoughtful enough to include additional or not C++ files.  They do sometimes - sometimes they are not, but at least you know what look like mistakes when files are missing (MSVC something or another) .dll is missing on your computer.

Then, you need to determine which of the redistributable that you need so that the software support page may tell you or it is usually safe just start with the 2015 - the latest version installation.  This file you re lack comes from the 2005 version, but as you say who has been installed two or three years.

I don't know why your office 2016 does not install, but there is a distinct community for the Desktop problems:

    Hi DonDonaldo,

    1. what windows update did you install?

    2. When was the last time you were able to install updates?

    3. do you have security software installed on the computer?

Windows Update error80070643 can happen for several reasons. The most common cause is a problem with the .NET Framework is installed on the computer. You can also encounter this error when installing updates for Microsoft Office 2003.

If you were installing Microsoft Office 2003 updates when you received the error, follow the instructions in the "Microsoft Office 2003" section below. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the section "Windows.NET Framework".

The .NET framework is a component of Windows that is used to build, deploy, and run programs and applications. Unfortunately, it may be damaged by some programs, viruses or hard drive problems.

To automatically repair the .NET Framework

    1. click on this link:repair .NET Framework

    2. in thefile download dialog box, click run, and then follow the steps in the wizard.

    3. open Windows Update by clickingStart , all programsand then clickWindows Update.

    4. in the left pane, clickcheck for updates, and then wait while Windows searches the latest updates for your computer.

    5. If updates are found, clickinstall updates. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If the previous steps do not solve the problem, you can reinstall .NET Framework manually, but the steps are intended for advanced users. If you are not comfortable performing these steps, ask a friend to help you. You will find the steps in the article toreinstall .NET Framework on the Microsoft Web site.

  • After uninstalling printer Windows Installer and Microsoft Office error "this update package not could be opened"

Original title: Windows Installer and Microsoft Office problems after you have uninstalled the printer

I tried to install more than one printer, a HP Photosmart C4280 by downloading the drivers and updates on the HP site. I uninstalled the printer after it failed to scan a document and I had no more use for it. Then the trouble started. When I tried to open some programs (iTunes, Skype, etc.) for the first time after the uninstall of the printer, a window "Windows Installer" popped up. After you have configured Windows Installer, the program would open normally. However, when I try to open any Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), Windows Installer appears, but it turns into a window that reads:
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package. »

Microsoft Office programs are open at all, and I desperately need my programs of Microsoft Office to work even faster. I would appreciate it if Windows Installer will stop trying to configure when I open a program also. Can someone help me please?

  • Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error library! Explorer.exe

Hello. This issue has recently become a major problem. (A little) I know the cause of the problem; However, I'm not 100% sure of it. I get this error every time I have name a folder symbol (tested with-, ~,!, and @), then try to right-click or rename the folder. It's the exact error message I receive:

    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

    Runtime error!

    Program: C:\Windows\explorer.exe

This application has requested the execution to terminate in an unusual way. For more information, contact the application support team.

Although this error message on my screen, explore continues to work very well; However, as soon as I click 'OK' or try to X out the window, explorer.exe stops and restarts. I saw several other users showing similar problems with explorer.exe crashing on a right click on the files, so I tried to follow some of the steps they did to solve my problem. The majority of the questions that I looked through suggested the deletion/modification of certain registry entries. I followed all the steps and changed the various inputs with no luck.

After looking through all the possible solutions for explorer.exe crashing on a right click, I migrated in search of solutions for "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error explorer.exe." I found few who have had a similar problem and received this error on click with the right button on the files, but my question was still a little different. This problem does not affect all my folders or a specific file. This problem affects any folder with the name of a symbol.

I currently have a folder on my desktop named "-" (without the quotes) with most of the files on my computer inside. I just want to rename the folder without having to go through a lot of trouble. Rename the folder via CMD is not a solution. I get the "Access denied" message even if I run cmd.exe as administrator. I then started looking for ways to workaround for this lack of access and found a few useless solutions. The first solution I found suggested that I have change permissions for the folder. This was not helpful, because it was a right click on the file (out of, I can't do...). Another solution suggested to start the computer in safe mode and rename it from there. It also did not work, I still received the error "access denied."

I'm kind of at a loss on what to do now. Here is a list of all the things I've tried, so please do not re - suggest what I've tried:

    • Restart the computer
    • Changing various registry files
    • Reinstallation of Microsoft Visual C++ (14 versions I had...)
    • Try renaming the file via the command prompt (w / run as administrator)
    • Try renaming the file via the Safe Mode command prompt
    • Scan my computer with antivirus (...) software

There are probably a few more things I have tried and I forgot to include. This problem is happening for over a year now, so I had time to try a large number of possible solutions. I still have to find another person with exactly the same problem as me (the problem does not occur on files named a symbol). I do not plan to try to try reinstalling windows (/ create a restoration/image/etc.) I have quite simply do not have the time and should not have to reinstall my entire operating system to solve a stupid question. If it comes down to it, I'll just create another folder and move all my folder name "-" to the new. The only reason why I was stay to do this, is that the record is more than 100 GB. I believe there is a solution more simple I am just missing.

Sorry, this message is rather unorganized. I am very frustrated by this issue and find a solution fairly quickly.

Thanks in advance for the advice I received help.

    Clay S.

    Good morning, clay,

Thanks for posting your question on the forum of the Microsoft community.

I would like to know some information about the problem so that we can help you better.

You made any hardware or software changes on your computer before the show?

Thank you for details on the question and your efforts to resolve.

A runtime error is a software or hardware problem that prevents Internet explorer from working correctly.

Run time errors may be generated if a Web site uses the html code that is not compatible with the features of the web browser.

I suggest you try following the steps provided in this Microsoft article knowledge based and check if it helps.

    Thank you much xx

    Hi Hopson81,

Try to install the patch by starting the computer in selective startup mode (also known as a clean boot state).

Start your computer in a clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

For instructions, see How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 .

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.

You will need to check the updated version of the utility of flash cards on the site of Toshiba, if found, install and check if the problem persists.
