  I used OBIEE 11 g on Windows7
  
  I can't see all the users in the administration tool-> manage-> identity-> users tab in the right pane.
  However, the application roles are visible.
  
  I am able to see users and application roles in the administration console.
  All new created user is not visible. Due to this setting log level for each analysis individually became a problem.
  
  Could you get it someone please let me know what could be the problem?

  Ugh, you have to go ' Actions / Set filter user online ' and put a * in the box. Oracle, in their infinite wisdom decided to set the default value to show any user (I submitted a request for improvement for this a year ago...)

  I recently deployed a new repository on the server in OBIEE 11 g. Initially I was not able to connect using user administrator because of the GUID for the user mismatch to the RPD. So I deleted the reference to the user for the administrator of RPD instructions. After that, I am able to connect to the analytical app, but I don't get a presentation Service Administration link in the dashboard menu.
  
  I checked the weblogic console, the administrator user is member of Directors of BI and BI writers groups.
  
  How to solve this problem? Help, please.

  Try this,

  1. login to obiee and add the URL with Managegroups (http://localhost:9704/analytics/saw.dll?Managegroups)
  2. Select the "Presentation server administrators" group
  3. change-> user to MSN search and add it to this group.
  4. log in with the user added and check if he can see 'Administration' link

  So I guess you are trying to run a virtual of Windows machine running at a date other than the ESX host and the rest of your network. Am I wrong?

  In this case:

  -Do not use VMware time. If you have installed VMware tools open properties of VMware tools on the Options, tab uncheck the option of time synchronization

  -From the services control panel access services 'Windows Time' and set it to disabled and do not forget to stop the service. The service name is W32Time, but its full name is 'Windows Time'
