  First, you must get your Storm unlocked by VZW - all phones are locked initially to a carrier, regardless of the SIM card. To use it on another medium, you must get the first carrier to provide you with the unlock code.

  Then, you must be sure that the storm has a radio that is compatible with the Sprint network... I have no idea. You will need to check with Sprint to what is their network and then check the specifications of the storm to be sure it is compatible:

  If two of these things first unfold like OK, then you should indeed be able to put your SIM Sprint in your storm and use it on the Sprint network.

• The iPhone model A1662 can work with T-Mobile and Verizon?

  I never had an iPhone and am looking to buy the 16 GB iPhone model. Currently my carrier is T-Mobile, but because of problems of coverage in a rural area, I might want to switch to Verizon. I'm in a family plan so have other members to consider.

  (1) the same phone will work with both carriers, if I buy an unlocked model of Apple?

  (2) I will be able to use WiFi calling if I buy the unlocked model of Apple?

  (3) are there other things for me to consider? Of course, I'm a beginner with the iPhone (although use a 3rd gen iPad), so I probably don't need the fancy options for a long time. I could on vacation outside the United States, however, is why call WiFi can be important.

• Can I switch from Sprint to Verizon with my new 6 s iPhone?

  I already know that I have my iPhone unlocked by Sprint for what I might want to do, but I'm afraid that CDMA differences do not only allow the switch.

  A few weeks ago I got the side window of the driver of my broken car on and they stole my 6 +.  The replacement company quickly sent me a new phone but did not have the 6 + 128 they upgraded me to a 6 s + 128 in only 2 days.  It was great.  Sprint also unlocked my phone for international use the day after that (like my 6 + was also because I do not travel internationally and sometimes quite unexpectedly.)

  I realize that there is a completely different service for unlocking a phone on the internal market and I have not attempted only in part because the device was not on the network for 50 days.  It's very well because my Sprint plan does not end before October so I'll just wait until there to switch to Verizon.

  I would like to use my iPhone with me to Verizon, but I don't know if CDMA on the new phones of world model 6s are more compatible than were the 'old'.  I know that iPhones for a few years who were enslaved to Sprint had a slightly different nomenclature number due to the requirements of the Sprint network, in fact, is this always true?

  I'll be able to unlock my iPhone Sprint to the Canada and permission to use it on the Verizon network when my contract ended in October?  I own the phone outright.  I paid for it in full when I started with Sprint (even if it was 6 and I bought this new 6s + technically.)  I bought it through Sprint and not to an Apple Store.

• Poll: Is it fair for the non-removable logos like MOTOROLA and Verizon, to be used as tools against me on my own marketing device?

  I paid more for my Droid so that I don't have to be bound to a contract with Verizon. Can I use MY Droid on any CDMA network capable of recording the MEID. So, is it just that I have to live with a cell phone that comes pre-installed with the emblazened of MOTOROLA and Verizon logos on it? I fell like a street vendor for these two compnanies - and they are not compensate me taking up space on my phone. Is this fair?

  As the phone is made by Motorola, it does not seem unreasonable that they would put their logo on the phone. Do you own a car? Or even a bike? They usually have the logo of the manufacturer on them.

  Motorola makes the Droid (to the United States) specifically for Verizon Wireless. I'm guessing you bought the VZW phone, even if you paid extra so that you wouldn't have the contract. I'm sure you were free to buy a phone without the logo of the Association on this. It would have not only been the Droid.

  As no one held a gun to your head (or if they did, you have problems bigger than the logos) to make you buy the phone, you know that the two logos were there. You don't have to buy it. 'S called it capitalism. It is often unsightly and embarrassing, but runs refusing to participate in most forms of trade, you are kind of stuck with it.

  Outlook Express using only email for years with dialup... no problem.  Now, using verizon droid phone hotspot to access the internet and can not send emails (can receive throughout the day). Help Verizon sent me say here that it is a question of Microsoft based on Error 0x800CCC0E.  Here is my error message: the connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.triton.net', server: 'mail.triton.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, secure (SSL): no, Socket error: 10054, error number: 0x800CCC0E.

  That's my next step, I guess.  If I can get a fix, I'll post.  I think I should just switch to web e-mail and say the hell with it as the hotspot works awsome for web browsing... may be the easiest option in the long term.  Thanks for your help so far, Bruce

  This is my first post, and I have a small question. I am currently a Blackberry "BOLD" user and watching AT & t to Verizon. If I do a switch, I would go directly on the Blackberry Storm.

  However, before making the switch, can you let me know if 1) the storm is a decent and 2) is Verizon phone a decent network?

  I'm a loyal customer of AT & T for a very long time, but in my house, the service is very injury, so I just made the change to Verizon and have excellent coverage at home.  I also noticed that I have quite a few less calls interrupted while you are driving.

  So far, the storm has been a good phone with the likely exception of autonomy.  I think that these new phones with screen touch and all the bells and whistles require much more battery that most will last about 2-3 days with average use before having to charge it.  Last week after I fixed my 3G, research problem, I was on average from 07:00 to 21:00 with 40% battery life left in the evening.  Yesterday I made an another battery pull and today I went from 08:00 to 21:00 with about 85% life left.  Don't use it as much but will monitor it and post if something changes.

  Hi all. Running a Dell desktop computer. Operating system is Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Ran into something today which has never happened before and I need help. I went into the control panel and went to uninstall the Google toolbar. IE has opened with a questionnaire on why I uninstall. I ignored the paginated and closed IE. I restarted the computer and in the control panel Goggle toolbar was gone. My next order of the day was to uninstall the toolbar from Verizon and then when I went to do it says please wait until the unistallation or changes are completed. So what is happening here?  What is he still trying to uninstall something and how to continue to be able to uninstall programs? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
