Ssval property

Hello fellow Scripting Guys,.

I'm trying to get a script include a table of contents in a book generated. I can add the new BookComponent (copied from a template file) as a TOC, assign the generatable and include it in the update process, but all I get is a blank TOC, because the ExtractTags of the new BookComponent property is not set. I tried to set this property by passing an array of strings, but this action is completely ignored. Then I propVals table and attempted to set the property There, and then pass it back to the propVals. That's where FM12 hangs up and I have to restart to again become sensitive.

This is the piece of code that I use:

oaProps = oComp.GetProps ();
I have = GetPropIndex (oaProps, Constants.FP_ExtractTags);
oaProps [i].propVal.ssval.push ("Title_0");
oaProps [i].propVal.ssval.push ("Title_1");
oaProps [i].propVal.ssval.push ("Title_2");
oComp.SetProps (oaProps);

Maybe I'm doing something illegal here but the local copy of my properties displays the channels that I push in the ssval table. There must be a specific way to set these strings table propVals, but there is no documentation on this topic. Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi Jang, have you tried to set the property to ExtractTags directly without using a list of properties? It works for me with the selected TOC component:

#target framemaker

var book = app.ActiveBook;
var bookComp = book.FirstSelectedComponentInBook;

var extractTags = bookComp.ExtractTags;
extractTags.push ("Heading1");

bookComp.ExtractTags = extractTags;

    There is no need to do a reset of Firefox and create a new profile.

    You should probably only to reset the pref general.useragent.override on the subject: config page.

    Disable the extension "McAfee Site Advisor" who has just updated 3.4.0 that probably out of block of addons list.

    • 'Ctrl + Shift + A' > find McAfee Site Advisor and use 'Disable', and then restart Firefox.
    • Do a Google search without problem

    Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

    Also check the cookie exceptions.

    I have some files on my Mac telling me now that I don't have permission even if when I go in the menu "Get Info" I'm listed as "Read & write."  I then tried to fix the permissions, but there is only one button of first aid, no tab with a prompt to repair permissions in disk utility menu.  So since I was the only person who uses the Mac, I tried to disable the Drive property.  I went to the disk utility, but there is no option to do either.

    Are these system files or your own files. In addition, you can not do an ERD on a mounted volume, you must boot from recovery to do.

    My conclusion therefore is that the property of directories is bad at least to/var/folders.

    On other threads I read that with permissions of El Capitan files where protected, and once upgraded to El Capitan they should be corrected and impossible to change. I tried to reinstall the El Capitan 10.11.2 update by downloading the file from the web site, did not help to repair permissions, as described above.

    Is there a way to change the ownership and authorization to the rule of law in El Capitan?

    Some things are protected, not all.

    All subfolders of zz should belong to different 'users', no root.

    The only ones that are correct in your list are the first two and that held by softwareupdate.

    The only way I know to fix would be to use chown in the Terminal to set the appropriate for each user and group.
